Dr. Willis is incredible! Got 4 wisdom teeth extracted today and I must say, the whole process from the consultation to post surgery was great. I had a very pleasant experience at Toothsome - if that is possible having one's teeth cleaned. Staff were very friendly, my Hygienist, April was very thorough but gentle and caring and her assistant Amos made light conversation which kept my mind off what could have been an unpleasant experience. I was referred to Dr David Willis for a wisdom tooth extraction by my own Dentist, who wouldn’t even contemplate its removal himself. David was an absolute gentleman who went out of his way to accomodate me, explain potential issues & did the difficult extraction with zero pain both during & afterwards. My 11 year old son was getting a franectemy and was quite nervous. Dr Patty was personable, calming and very informative. Explained everything to my son before proceeding with anything. This put him at ease and he felt very much in control. Would highly recommend her.

I have complicated problems and David and all the staff were very knowledgeable and informative, explaining everything in great detail for me to understand. Excellent Dental Practice, however, they do lose one mark for the lack of follow up on matters. As experienced with my brother. Whilst I praise Dr Chou for being a consummate professional at her job, however, after my brother saw Dr Stretton in the same building on 26 July for a clean, he was asked to follow up with Dr Chou due to his findings. He was unable to see Dr Chou a few days earlier on the day allocated due to it being short notice. Until this day, he never heard back after sending an online booking request on the recommendation of Dr Stretton to have his matters addressed as he had the funds. However, he never received an itemised treatment plan for the work to proceed. This, unfortunately, was the second time this happened to him as initial correspondence to him was sent to an incorrect e-mail address by the receptionist Julia, who chastised him for following up on this. Whilst we give Dr Chou credit for apologising on behalf of the receptionist, Julia’s behaviour put a dampener on the experience. So, unfortunately, he will wait for the concerns Dr Stretton found to be addressed in the public system. Whilst we are OK with this, I just wanted to share his experience.... (Show more)

Recently had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr Willis and a cleaning/check up with Dr Stretton. I can confidently say that this was one of the best dental experiences I have had at a dental clinic. From the consultation, all the way to the the procedure, Dr Willis and Dr Stretton displayed their abundance of knowledge in the most professional, customer friendly way. I’m so happy with the services I received by Dr Patty Chou. She explains everything thoroughly and puts you at ease with her warm and calm demeanor. I had a really great experience with Dr. Willis and Toothsome. I made an appointment at the baulkham hills office when I was in excruciating pain from an infected wisdom tooth. I had put this surgery off for years because I'm generally worried about surgeries. From the get go it was amazing specially with his no charge consultation which was a surprise to me.
