Apparently I've been with the center since March 2022 and although I am yet to success my journey. Both Doctors patient and nurses are very helpful additional rewards to the customer service Ms Adeline which has helped me a lot during I'm having difficulty and down time. The environment is really cozy and comfortable. Doctor is patient as well, strongly recommend to friends and family.
In May 2023, we sought egg donation services at this clinic. The clinic introduced us to their donor agent for the selection of egg donors. He provided 5 profiles but only 1 matched the same blood group as us and he provided the donor's past donation results. This donor has donated one time before and he mentioned that the previous IVF centre maybe calling her for a 2nd donation. He shared that we have to make the decision fast if we want to select her. We felt a little pressured but do not want to miss the chance as we have been searching for a suitable donor for a long time. Based on the donor information the agent has provided, her last donation was on 10th Jan 2023. We promptly signed the contract with the agent the next day and paid him the agent fee 2 days later on 8th May to secure the donor. Additional costs were incurred for the donor's genetic carrier screening, export permit, and delivery charges. The doctor advised the donor to complete the screening before proceeding with the donation. However due to her upcoming exams in June, we raised a call to discuss with the doctor on the donation cycle, establishing an agreement to accommodate until her exams were completed in July. Unfortunately, the donor breached the contract and went back to the previous IVF centre to do another egg donation on 2nd June 2023 without our knowledge. Before the donor started the stimulation in July, we have to specifically request an appointment for her to first see the doctor, after she was last seen in May. We were concerned that it was not part of their protocol to review the donor’s condition before starting the stimulation but still place our trust to proceed. Not realising that the donor has already done an egg retrieval at another IVF centre in June, the doctor proceeded with her stimulation for our donor cycle in July 2023. The result was devastating - zero euploid embryos and we paid an additional sum of money for the PGTA. To compound matters, we also discovered that the agent has fabricated the donor’s last donation results in deceiving us. Reporting the incident to the clinic on September 1st, 2023, marks the beginning of a protracted and disheartening journey for resolution. Attempts to seek a refund were met with denial and evasion by the agent. He denied knowing anything about the donor 2nd donation and blocked further communication with us. Regrettably, the clinic's response has been characterized by a lack of accountability and responsibility. There’s lack of empathy for the consequences we have suffered from their negligence. Our numerous emails and messages have been consistently ignored, leaving us to navigate this distressing situation on our own. The toll on our mental and emotional well-being has been immeasurable, exacerbated by a significant financial investment and the loss of our precious time that can never be restored. Up till the present day, 28 Jan 2024, there is still no resolution from them. Our sincere hope is that no one else has to endure the profound anguish and turmoil that has defined our experience.... very professional and comfortable environment, both interior design and behaviour of all staff (reception, doctor, nurse) makes it a pleasant experience to properly discuss personal matters. price is reasonable and ethical
I regret to say that my 1st time visit to TMC Puchong, where I had a scheduled appointment for 9:30 am, resulted in an excessive delay of over 2.5 hours. This extended waiting period significantly impacted my overall experience.
We took a chance in 2020 when I was pregnant with Sam in Thompson. Sadly we recently lost our second child. However, Dr. Navdeep has shown more empathy compared to anyone in my family. He is super humble and being a person who hates being touched I have never felt any moment of awkwardness or uncomfortable in his consultation. I love the fact that he is super helpful with my silly questions and doubts. His nurse is a Chinese lady. Lisa I think is the sweetest. She is always ready to spare time and help you when needed, this place is truly wholesome. First-time mums, please try to consult Dr. Navdeep. I refused to go to my panel because he was the only gyno that I could trust to deliver the best. The price is also very worth it. He does not judge for asking the prices. Thank you Dr. Navdeep. 🥰... DR.Navdeep is very professionnal and efficient. He answers all our questions and doubts and make us very comfortable for the treatments. His customer service officer, Adeline is a really friendly person, she takes good care of us while we are off-site. Our daily nurse Sharon is an excellent nurse. First time visit to this clinic very bad experience. They arrange me looking for Dr Melanie Kuan. She have no any experience I’m pregnant but she can’t see my baby and say ectopic pregnancy. And suggest me to operation. Acuatlly my baby is ok no any problem. Luckily I’m going to visit another experience doctor. Really very bad experience.... (Show more)

Was consulting with Dr.Navdeep for our second baby. Extremely professional and friendly at the same time. The staffs and nurses were polite throughout our journey there. It was an unforgettable journey for us, but end of the day it was worthwhile. Thanks to Dr.Navdeep and team.

In fact I’m looking for Dr Chong, but add hoc only Dr Kuan available, had asked for price before visit, HPV @RM200 & scanning @130, but come out bill RM520. Second time go to take report for < 5 mins doctor said no problem, then leave. Nurse call me up WhatsApp me said they forgot charge me RM40 for the review fees?! What’s this? Money eater 99? Overall experience was good. Would like to thank Dr.Navdeep for his persistency to find the root cause of my miscarriage, gentle care and quick attend to me when ever I needed his advice.
