Thonse Health Centre

Anyone who knows and loves India is in good hands here. The health center is typically Indian, you should be able to get involved in it and that's what makes it special. So wonderful. The service is good. The location on the backwaters is also wonderful and it's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The staff is competent and with Dr. Shrutha you are in good hands if you want to do something for your health. The treatment plan is coordinated individually with the patient, depending on the diagnosis. And you can always readjust or try out other treatment methods. It's definitely worth asking. I went there recently for colon hydrotherapy. But found it rather unhygienic. The washrooms were quite dirty for a place offering yoga/naturopathy treatments, (not exaggerating). The therapist seemed very casual and didn't seem to care very much about hygiene either. Felt like the equipment was being re-used. Felt uncomfortable both physically and mentally. Highly recommended for nature cure treatment, the serenity and atmosphere is awesome, surrounded with lush greenery of coconut orchard, river flowing around with cool breeze has its own way of natural treatment along with highly trained staff.

We stayed here for ten days and returned totally rejuvenated and relaxed. A marvelous place, in a beautiful location with very cooperative, friendly and competent staff and doctors. Dr. Shruta Dayanand, who heads the centre, is always smiling and positive in her approach. The facilities and food are great. There are slots for yoga and meditation, and a wonderful beach nearby ideal for long walks. The best thing about this place is its lack of regimentation. There is no compulsion to do anything and this results in most people voluntarily complying with the suggested schedules, treatment plan and diet. Apart from an improvement in all health parameters, what I came away with was a sense of peace and calm and a resolve to make changes in my everyday routine to incorporate as many of the elements of my stay in Thonse as possible, so as to continue with the feel good spirit. Waste of time waste of money

It has been a marvellous experience at Thonse Naturopathy clinic amid the picturesque surroundings far away from pollution and noise.. it has been a healing journey. Dr. Shurta has been kind, patient and generous imparting professional expertise on benefits of Naturopathy.. Detox made me feel more energetic. Massages were super good, made me feel rejuvenated and vibrant. Although it was just seven days but it had an incredible impact on weight loss, glowing skin and improved digestion. Nice place surrounded by nature beauty and small kind island, Dr Shrutha very kind and regularly advices issues and Dr Ajay and his team use regular monitoring patients. Main desk staff , canteen ,treatment staff and housekeeping overall very kind to be and supportive. Diet food also very good. This centre is very effective to weight loss and other issues also. Stayed there for 13 days had wonderful time, came here with over weight, elevated lipid levels and gastric issues, food and nature were splendid, really need to thank Dr. Shrutha mam, the way she explained how I can get back to normal, food and treatment were curated in excellent way. I badly needed a detox and relaxation after being busy with life's obligations and poor health... though I had been highly recommended this health centre still went through the google reviews.. mostly positive but someone had mentioned about cleanliness...said to myself let me check it out..And it turned out to be such a beautiful peaceful place ...yes absolutely clean ..handled by very competent helpful courteous staff lead by the helpful Mr Harish and wonderful Dr Shrutha and her assistant Dr Ajay.Big shout out to the massage staff ladies .. really loved all of them..if you really want to have good detox panchakarma as well as detox from tensions and life issues and a place to unwind this is the place in the midst of waters surrounding you.. beautiful nature to explore ..clean fresh air and beaches in walking distance..Thanks for taking care of us💞❤️... Rude kitchen staff! They show passive aggressiveness most of the time..no consideration of other's suffering but just wants to vent their frustration or negativity I guess! The treatments are usually at reasonable price. The doctor, interns are pleasant to talk to but even after getting the diet recommendation from doctor the kitchen staff acted as if they were giving free food from their pocket..no consideration whatsoever!... Since 2015 I am in love with this place. Regularly I am with family keeping coming back to Thonce clinic. Nowadays my friends also liking it to visit here. Everything made well Docror Shuta is amazing human and all stuff here is so helpful.
