Therapie Hair Restoration Galway

Terrible experience in Therapie Galway, the most unprofessional doctor that has no idea what she’s doing. I’m so glad I found Eden medical Galway. Therapie keeps getting my reviews removed. Save your money people and go to Eden.

I recently completed a series of ten laser hair removal sessions at Therapie Clinic Galway for my lip and chin. Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. After the first 7 months my hair growth actually worsened. I requested a review and it was discovered that the settings had been too low since the beginning. My therapist was changed (who was absolutely brilliant and a lovely girl!), and the settings were finally adjusted after which I could actually see some results. Of course the previous sessions had been wasted, so I reached out to customer service to resolve this and get some sessions added to my treatment. The clinic said I need to ask customer service, the customer service said I need to ask the clinic. No responsibility taken. I will not go back to this clinic and gladly pay more for my treatments for them to be effective, but even more to be taken seriously and with respect. Edit: Dear Alison, thank you for your reply. As you can see from the text above I have already been trying to contact customer services and I also had my review already, which showed that the wrong settings had been used because there has been a 0% hair removal, it actually had gotten worse than in the beginning.... I attended therapie clinic for the clear and brilliant treatment. I was greeted with a big smile at the front desk by Molly. My skin specialist Mirabel was absolutely fantastic, she took me through all the steps so clearly and I felt so comfortable. She always made sure to check in on me during the treatment which I highly appreciated! Thank you Mirabel for being so friendly, bubbly and welcoming. I have always had a positive experience in the Galway clinic! So far I have had Ada, Megan, and Jade for treatments and cannot fault them, they are so professional and knowledgeable. Very quick check in and made aware of other treatments that are available with some info leaflets. Was able to ask a few questions to staff and they were very knowledgeable. After about a 10-15 minute wait I was called in and talked through my treatment, which I had gotten before. Was advised I have a little asymmetry and they were able to even out the look without having to book for more treatment. It nipped and stung as it normally does for me as I have a very low pain threshold but the staff member was very understanding and said we can stop for a break at any time, just let her know. She ended up not using the entirety of the product as she didn't think it was needed and asked me my opinion on the matter too. Overall a very pleasant experience. The staff are a lovely bunch of professionals who clearly enjoy working here, and especially in the new premises. I would highly recommend this place

On arrival I met the lovely Annmarie, who was extremely helpful,friendly and very professional. I really enjoyed my experience. Dr Caroline was excellent as always. Highly recommend. Live the new premises.

Fab new clinic and just done no.8 of 10 sessions with the lovely and very professional Alina. Seeing amazing results so far. Would recommend every woman to have laser. Wish I had done it sooner.
