OMy first experience with Lip Filler was at your clinic on Cruises Street and unfortunately I had a very negative experience. This time however was completely different. The lady was patient, gentle and took her time to make sure they were perfect. She took her time to explain all potential risks and symptoms: she reassured me throughout the entire treatment. I was very hesitant about using therapy again and even considered stopping fillers after my first treatment but this time has definitely changed my opinion... (Show more)
The procedure was explained in detail first and I was given time to ask question’s and make decisions. In my case it was for derma fillers and I was very pleased with the results
Amazing! The consultation I had years ago really explained that everyone’s hair growth is different, some people need more sessions than others, they explained this really well, so I was not left disappointed - as some people want a quick and permanent fix! My results are Amazing! I would 100% recommend this to anyone! The ladies of laser at the clinic are so soo lovely, they honestly talk to you as a friend. Which is nice, to few more at ease.... Excellent service by Sophie I have requested she does all my laser treatment. Great attention to detail and really felt I was getting the most out of my appointment. She took her time and was very thorough.

I absolutely love my therapist, she’s so professional and kind. The place is always clean and the service is prompt and efficient.
When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly lady! I was told to sit on a comfortable couch. My appointment was carried out on time and efficiently by a lovely lady. We had light hearted chats during my treatment which was carried out so professionally in a clean bright environment. The whole experience was perfect as usual until the end. The girl that did my lazer was so lovely and chatty. When we were finished I didn’t even get the chance to cover myself properly before she hastily opened the door and exposed me to a full waiting area of people!!! I was so embarrassed. All she needed to do was ask if I was ready for the door to be opened and I could’ve then said that I couldn’t find my white cover up. Ridiculous, insensitive, disrespectful and embarrassing. Thank god it was my last session. NEVER returning again. Just have a bit of respect for people who are exposed for god sake!!!!... (Show more)
