The Village Physio and Sports Injury Clinic Reviews

Couldn't be happier with my experience. Lady on reception was lovely and she got me seen last minute with no issue. My therapist was Charlie and he was brilliant, I wasn't the easiest of patients but he was really understanding which made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The treatment he gave me was great and I feel alot more confident about my injury and what I can do to help it heal. Thank you 😊... (Show more)

Once again my ailments were identified and treated quickly. They know how we work and heal. I received great therapy and advice on self help. My second time using them and my improvement was rapid. Fantastic.

I have been going to the village physio on and off for 7 years. They are brilliant. The physios fix me up everytime. They are knowledgeable, diligent and have many tools like acupuncture. I also have had many massages there and all the therapists are brilliant. Apply the right pressure and work on focal points to make aches and pains disappear! I can always get an appt and they open late and weekends. Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have also just had my 83year old mum there as was struggling to walk. She saw Juan who did massage/manipulation and has come out a new person not just in her walking but confidence, mindset, knowledge, plan of attack!... (Show more)

I'm a repeat customer of the practice with an ongoing injury. I missed an appointment by getting the days mixed up. The owner of the business has refused to let me rebook and taken my money. I can't see the sense in it as she would rather take my approx £60 now and lose me as a customer than receive £100s if not £1000s from ongoing treatment. It's clear they are more interested in money in their pocket rather than genuinely caring about their clients. In Response to the business owners response* I am a repeat customer and have been treated by Andrew and Camila, I have bank payments to your business to easily show this. So there is no need to lie on a public review. I was told it was fine to rebook the first appointment and not made aware of any problems. I hoped your business would have more understanding for a mixed up day.... (Show more)

I'm sorry you feel this way Chris, you havn't seen one of our physios yet so you can't comment on treatment. You didn't turn up for 2 1 hour sessions. You cancelled your first appointment very late for which we honoured your prepayment. The second time you just didn't turn up despite requesting the date by email and having it confirmed. I offered you a significant discount of £15 if you wanted to rebook. During these times of reducing ouravailability to treat due to cleaning procedures we would hope you could understand that we are unable to lose £120 due to you not showing up and also were unable to rebook for people waiting for an appointment. Our admin staff have done their best for you and as you have not seen a physio I am disappointed that you have felt the need to attack our business in this way. Anyone cancelling their appointment does have their money carried forward as you did.

I had to go in with a muscle tear today, and felt safe and happy with their thorough Covid-secure arrangements. It's a fantastic local physio, they've been able to help me with various hip/knee/leg problems for years now (thanks Billie and Rob) - highly recommend!

I have just had a really useful telephone consultation with Billie the physio. We discussed my back problems and she gave me exercises to do. She gave me the option of phone, video or face to face consultation and explained all they are doing to keep patients and staff safe and well.

Rachel Scott - 4 years ago - Review Provided by Google Maps

I attended a few weeks ago and was very impressed with how safe I felt - the team seem to have thought of everything to make appointments Covid secure. My treatment really helped my stiff back too.

Dawn has kept me going after recovery from a broken hip. She referred me on when a gait problem arose and because of this I was given a new diagnosis. Excellent work from a well run practice. Now being treated by Camilla, who is excellent. Seems to have magic hands and finds the problem areas. Highly recommended.... (Show more)
