The Spa - Alabang

Worst spa experience ever. Availed their Refreshing Start package and the one who did my foot spa named River caused bleeding on my foot and torn my skin deeply using the filer. She did not use water when she filed my foot so imagine the friction between the filer and my dry skin! What makes it even worst is that she did not even tell me that my foot was already bleeding and continued to massage it. I had to tell her to stop since it felt really painful already and found out that my foot was already bleeding! So unprofessional and doesn't even know what she's doing at all! Will NEVER return here! As of writing they only offered to refund a part of the package and not even the whole amount when it clearly ruined my whole experience and caused pain and damage on my end. The establishment falls short of being a high-end spa. The services, though expensive, it lack the distinctiveness expected compare to other regular spa. Additionally, the staff, while proficient, could benefit from training to create a more tranquil and relaxing environment.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We booked an appointment 2weeks prior only to find out that on the day of our appointment, they failed to book us.

Do not even bother. Terrible customer service & bad overall experience. After calling hours before to reserve, they only confirmed our booking 30mins before our appointment and only after we followed up multiple times. We got the private room w jacuzzi & steam. The clock in the room was advanced by 8 mins and therapist said its the time they “follow”. Jacuzzi didnt work & could not be filled with water so it was just an empty bathtub. Massage was just ok, strong start but pressure wasnt maintained. Felt rushed and when we checked it wasnt even an hour massage. Disappointing.... (Show more)

Look for their amazing massage therapists Janice or Michelle for your Lymphatic Detox. Try also their Deep Tissue Masaage for your sore muscles.

Poor customer service. Had an appointment at 7PM and we were there before 7. We were assisted to a room and when I followed up at 7:20, they said there were no available therapists yet. And then at 7:40, we were asked to transfer rooms. They should have been more transparent with us. Massage also felt rushed, and it was less than 50mins when I checked the time. The price is a little high, but the private room with a steam sauna is comfortable. The therapist's skills are very high, and in my experience are among the best.

This is a luxurious franchise spa. It is very famous locally. Not very satisfied with the price! There are branches in each region, so it's worth a visit at least once. This is an original wholesome massage spa.

Very nice and relaxing place to be. I had the 60 min massage but wasn't enough and asked if I can extend it.
