I have been coming to the Skin Doctors for 4 months now. The girls are all so lovely. I have my regular 4 weekly Hydrafacial's with Lauren. I have noticed such a difference in my skin, but also Lauren has equipped me with the knowledge to understand my skin and what it needs as it varies on the weather, hormones etc. I have also recently started my course of laser hair removal, again with Lauren. It can be very awkward when you're laid on the bed naked, however Lauren made me feel completely relaxed; she was extremely professional and the whole experience was first class. Booked in for consultation and hydrafacial. Waited 15 minutes to be seen, meanwhile no explanation was given or apology as to why I was waiting. Felt like I was waiting at the GPS surgery. No drink, no explanation and no apology by front desk staff. Finally got see Page who rushed me through a consultation and started on my facial. The extraction process felt like she was pulling my skin off, it only was when I made a face she stopped and calmed down. She rushed through all the facial and had me out in les than 45 minutes. The facial it self should take an hour and consultation 10-15mins. In the evening when I washed my face could feel black/white heads on surface which had been missed by page as she was in such a rush. I was able to pick them out with my finger NAIL! Next morning rang In to ask if they could correct it as parts of my face were missed. Was told by page no as it takes time to clear. But why ate they on yhe surface of my skin and not cleared. Rang back to speak to a manager was told by page, who was no maning the phones that there was no manger on site 🤔 I was told I had to write in to make complaint. I was then given an email after being told to hold while some whispered to Page "give her this one". However having gone onto thier website it clearly states that the upmost would be done to resolve the situation on site and correct any problems. I was not given this chance because Page lied!!... I recently had a treatment with doctor Amir and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was so patient with me, listened to all my concerns and reassured me. I had the morepheus 8 treatment for scarring. I was pretty sceptical at first because my scarring were quite deep but so glad I went through with it because the results have been amazing so far! Just got to be patient for results. I’ll be starting zo skincare in the next few days and excited to see even further results.
