I started to see Laura Watts at The Practice and she has completely transformed my back, hip and neck pain. Right from our initial consultation she has gone above and beyond to understand me as a patient. I've had a number of complicated rugby injuries that have been keeping me sidelined for a few months. As well as some historic injuries from childhood that have become complicated as I've got older (broken collarbone, knee operation). All of these had started to limit my range of movement and become challenging with pain levels. She has been clear in her communication on what she is doing, why she's doing it. As well as telling me about what can happen afterwards. Her attention to detail is second to none. Truly she has transformed my pain levels and now have a much better range of movement. Even after 1 session I felt a noticeable change and have since been back several times. She has not pushed for weekly appointments, but instead but her patient first. This is something I haven't always experienced with similar professions. This has been a truly patient first experience. Laura is an absolute credit to her profession and would recommend her to anyone.... (Show more)
Professional and fairly priced
The Practice has an excellent reputation, and an abundance of experienced, professional practitioners. I have had the pleasure of Jay Dudley's hypnotherapy treatment which was brilliant. Friendly service and they really help
I was a little sceptical about chiropractors before I visited the practise. Jeff Bond was great and completely changed my opinion on Chiro. His assessment and treatment was spot on.
Booked online which was very easy. Been having sports massage in Oxford once a month for over two years but decided to try here after a recommendation. Alex was excellent, first time I’ve had acupuncture just in one tight thigh muscle and combined with massage the result was immediately effective. One week later the tight hip flexor problem is almost gone after me tolerating it for 8 week’s.... (Show more)
Had long term tightness through my neck, shoulder and right arm. However, Alex is a great masseuse and through massage and acupuncture has given me immediate pain relief.
