These guys are extortionists. And MSP is a joke. My procedure should be covered by MSP as it is a medical procedure and not plastic surgery. So MSP doesn’t cover it and so these guys can charge anything they want. Their fees from 2022 to 2023 went up 20%+. They blame it on inflation. Give me a break. I will never use them.... (Show more)

Dr. Imran Ratanshi is an amazing person and surgeon. I had a lower face lift/neck life. There was some unforseen complications. They were not related to his knowledge or skill but an occasional occurrence that sometimes happend with this type of surgery. Although not his fault, he took immediate accountability and immediately planned to correct the issue. I was worried that I would have to pay more money but this was not the case. I have had two surgeries at the Plastic Surgery Group at City Centre. I have only had interaction with Laurie in reception and Dr. Prince. Dr. Prince is second to none. She takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer any and all questions. Her expertise and her skills are truly exceptional. She is very easy to talk to and truly a master of her profession. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone who wants the best. Laurie was also amazing. I would have gotten a reduction much sooner had I known how easy it would be. There was a wait for a consultation appt, when I did get an appt I called the office to be put on the cancellation list. When I called the office they said that they reserved cancellation appts for breast cancer patients, I couldn't even be disappointed, they needed those cancellations more than me. When I had my consultation Dr Lee patiently (no pun intended) he answered my many questions. He was clear and honest about the outcome. On the day of the surgery, I didn't think I would be capable of being more impressed, but I was. The staff were warm, and welcoming, it didn't feel like a hospital or doctors office. As nervous as I was the staff eased my anxiety. After surgery the nurses in post operative care were even better, they made sure I was comfortable, and pain free. Just before leaving they went over some basic instructions I would be able to remember in my state along with written instructions. Any time I had a question no matter how small they were available to answer. As hard as it may be to believe I had absolutely no post op pain at all. The whole experience was ..pleasant. Many women have said they noticed the weight was gone, the first thing I noticed was my posture. I was standing more upright. I have noticed a reduction in headaches and neck pain as well. I literally feel like I have had a weight lifted off of me. I didn't think the effect would have been this impactful. I bought a bralette for the first time in my life, a bralette that I am so excited to wear. I no longer have to spend a fortune on supportive bras. I feel...normal. For reference I am 5'6 and wore 36DD or 34DD bras before surgery. Normal sized shirts fit me now. I never thought that I would be raving about a Dr and his staff so much, but they took a routine procedure and turned it into an easy, and pleasant experience, yes pleasant. They recovery was quite easy. The whole experience felt like it had a bit of a spa experience. I rarely take the time to submit reviews but I had to do this for all the women who are scared, or nervous to take that next step, do it, it's worth it, you will be so happy when it's done. This office is amazing! I called a number of times and was never made to feel a bother. Suman remembered me and made me feel like family. Dr. Mian was so easy-going with me and answered all of my questions easily and honestly. I had no worries going into surgery and the after-care has been phenomenal!! I had a breast reduction at the end of July with Dr Ratanshi. My experience with him and the clinic have been great. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and concerns. I broke out into a rash a week later and at the follow up he referred me to doctors that were familiar with the issue. Rash has cleared since and healing is going exceptionally.... (Show more)

Dr Mian and his team were absolutely amazing! I had a cosmetic rhinoplasty and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone was very caring and made me feel comfortable. I am a breast cancer survivor. After my reconstruction surgery failed I was referred to Dr Imran Ratanshi. His kind demeanor and great sense of humor put me at ease immediately. Dr. Mian and his staff were amazing from beginning to end of my journey with them. Dr. Mian genuinely cares about his patients and his staff are always friendly on the phone and in person. Couldn't recommend him enough!

After a ton of online research I chose Dr. Adrian Lee at The Plastic Surgery Group to do my eyelid surgery, Dr. Lee understood what I was hoping to achieve while talking me through what he felt would suit my Asian eye structure the most and addressing my concerns with earnest. My eyelid surgery was done a few months ago the consultation was reassuring, the procedure was very comfortable and the positive result was amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone! He is extremely competent and his staffs are excellent. After the surgery I not only can see well also my eyes looked very nice and better than I expected. Dr.Imran Ratanshi was an amazing confident doctor. He removed a cyst on my lip and recovery was so fast. Theres absolutely no scar tissue visible. He did a great job! Highly recommend him to people !! Thank you for your time!
