Shane has helped me enormously in dealing with stress and anxiety through a combination coaching and physical therapy. He is authentic, patient and generous with his time and energy and has helped me to view and navigate challenges in a way that has made a tangible positive impact.

I was knocked down by a car 5 years ago. I've been to countless physios, doctors, and even surgeons for operations on my shoulder and neck. But the pain persisted. After just a few treatments at this clinic I've had better results at a fraction of the price, without invasive procedures and resulting downtime. I discovered The Murnaghan clinic through a friend and have been going recently for stomach issues. After only 1 session I felt amazing with so much energy after. Debs is just brilliant and I'd highly recommend the clinic to anyone.

I found the Better Life Clinic and Debs by chance and have been very thankful everyday since. With major reconstructive surgery looming I met with Debs and she took time to hear my story, decide on a course of treatment and so my manual lymphatic journey began. She has such a wealth of knowledge and draws on her abundance of experience to tailored the sessions to meet my needs. With just the touch of her hands she could sense where my body needed help to recover. With such a warm, welcoming and gentle nature, I always feel at ease and never pressured or uncomfortable. My recovery has been incredible and I truly put a lot of that down to the guidance and help from Debs. I honestly couldn’t recommend her service anymore, she is a master at her craft. I was diagnosed with Carpel Tunnel a number a years ago, suffering with constant pain in both hands . No matter what I tried, medication, certain exercises, the pain never really went away. My sister in law recommended me to make an appointment with the Murnaghan Clinic . So I did. I'm 6 appointments in and I can honestly say I've seen & felt results after each visit. I was actually a bit apprehensive telling Debs that I had a pain free week after a treatment. Most importantly what I've learned, which made so much sense when Debs broke it down in detail, where you feel the pain may not necessarily be the source of it. I'm very gratefull for help I received from Debs and Shane. I was impressed with the depth of the knowledge and care they offered me. Debs really took time to listen, assess my condition and explain to me in detail reasons why I developed such a pain. She could read everything from my body in just a few minutes. Over the course of 8 weeks Better life clinic have gotten to the bottom of my daughters skin allergy and my own shoulder pain This had been ongoing for 9 months or so And Through lymphatic massage, deep tissue massage, hot stones Nutritional pointers, skin testing We got there !!! Debs is a fountain of knowledge and a true professional in her industry. Her advice and guidance on wellness has made so many changes for me in just 3 weeks. Am absolutely delighted that I found Debs at Better Life Clinic. My first appointment with her was two weeks ago, and I knew from the minute I walked in the door that I was on to a winner. I got such a lovely warm and genuine welcome, and at the end of that appointment I had more movement in my arm than I’d had in the previous two years. Following a brief period of physiotherapy at the hospital, and several steroid injections over the past 15 months or so, nothing worked as rapidly or as successfully as that first hour’s consultation with Debs. I can honestly say I haven’t had as much as a twinge of pain or discomfort since that first visit. It is unbelievable. I’ve had weekly appointments since then, and am improving all the time. She is genuinely interested in my wellbeing and is determined to help me get my normal mobility back. I can honestly say it’s the first time in my life that I have met a professional with such empathy, kindness and understanding. She is highly qualified and very experienced at what she does. I have been suffering with a bulging disk, tension, and back pain. Things really took a turn for the worst in August, and I was only prescribed spasm medicine. Chasing after two kids often left me on the floor sick because I could not move. Thankfully a friend encouraged me to look into cupping and acupuncture, to just go talk to someone. Here comes Deb. She's brilliant, she's warm, and doesn't dance around. I love her vibrance during these sessions, and the focus of getting me to a point I can play with my kids again. I attended Better Life Clinic after getting acute, sharp pains in my lower back. I suffer from general back pain for a number of years, but this pain was different. I met with Debs and after 1 session it had immediate impact, which surprised me. She was able to diagnose exactly what was causing the acute pain. We scheduled a treatment plan that involves exercises, lifestyle changes, and treatment like massage and cupping. After a number of sessions, I’m happy to say the area I was getting acute pain is gone. I still get minor, general back pain from poor posture and older injuries but the tips and treatment Debs gave me I’m able to combat it and it certainly doesn’t affect me as it used to. I’m more flexible and my range is better. I’m young(ish) and have a fairly active lifestyle, I’m glad I sought treatment from Better Life Clinic before the back pain escalated into something far worse as I got older. Definitely recommend!... I went to Debs for a lymphatic drainage massage following a c-section. I didn't anticipate the great advice I was going to be given on increasing my general wellbeing. Her knowledge is fantastic focusing on hydration, exercise, diet and much more. Thank you Debs.

Have been to the clinic a couple of times to see Debs she is so reassuring and attentive. She is so gifted at what she does. From the first visit I felt relief from the most excruciating pain I've been living with ( frozen shoulder, bursitis and tendonapathy).
