I have visited Adjust a few times in the past 5 years and I was always so happy with the service provided. The last year had to commit and make myself a priority and try to visit once every month or every other month as my back ,neck problems combined with massive anxiety make life a little bit more challenging. The last year I go and meet the lovely Cristine who is an excellent practitioner,thoughtful and courteous. She is so kind polite and funny and makes the whole experience amazing. I absolutely loved it .I Went for a pregnancy massage.I was a bit concerned before I went for the session.I was made comfortable and the whole experience was so relaxing. Helen - the person who did it for me is amazing.

Had one of my best massages of my life with Valentina on Wednesday. I wanted something deep but not quite sports massage for my back, and anywhere really. She very quickly got to the bits that needed doing and seemed to have a sense for where to go next. She was great at checking in on the pain levels in a way I've never experienced - not going to say it was relaxing but my back has not moved like this for months. I had my first ever sports massage with Christine. She was lovely and very understanding throughout. Don't get me wrong, it was painful (especially considering it was my first one) but Christine was very patient with me and showed me some back and leg stretches to help me in future. Amazing hot stone Massage from Louise. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I felt very relaxed. Really easy to book online for a time that suited me, and a great massage! We had a conversation about my areas of tension/what I wanted to focus on beforehand and I felt that it was all addressed.
