I was recommended by a friend. This practice is very special. Amazing team who clearly knows their stuff, great 'family run' atmosphere, good prices, and expert care. I live in South London, but now make the trip. If your feet need help, this is the place.

Absolutely wonderful experience before I'd even set foot inside the practice. Can't recommend enough! I had been dreading seeing someone about an ingrown toenail ( in fact put it off for a year!). Super nervous, I finally booked an appointment. What a find! Liz was so helpful (and friendly) on my first visit, I'm sure I'll become a regular patient. Super helpful treatment with lots of advice (I'm an amputee and diabetic). So pleased I finally booked an appointment to get my feet taken care of. Highly recommend.

What an amazing podiatrist Liz is. Went in for an infection on my big toe and she sorted it out straight away. Highly recommended.

Cannot thank Liz & the team enough for taking me in last minute to see to a very bad situation with my toe nail. Should be in the Good Foot Guide. Well I don't know much about chiropody but on my two visits they have made me welcome, made my feet better and given great advice

A talented podiatrist with a humour and a heart. I had a serious ingrown toe nail, Liz was fully booked and yet, sensing my urgency, she agreed to see me. What she doesn't know about feet isn't worth knowing. Excellent treatment, friendly welcome and the warmth of a practice that really cares.

How lucky I am to have found this practice! It was my first visit to a podiatrist to treat a small foot problem. From the beginning it was a very positive experience. The treatment I received from the podiatrist Liz included a complete foot MOT as well as an effective solution to the small problem. The Mackenzie Practice was exactly what I was looking for. I found it on the internet and corresponded with Liz several times before I went to my appointment. She was utterly professional and asked all the relevant questions beforehand - I ensured I had a scan on my foot before I went - and was knowledgeable and pragmatic. I left feeling I’d been very well looked after and comforted about the problem I’ve been having with my foot. I had ingrown toenail. Liz cleaned the nails and shape them as they should be, amazing feeling. Very nice practice, close to the tube station. I will be coming back for routine medical pedicures as service was professional and my nails look fantastic.

First time having any kind of surgery - I had to have a ingrown toe nail removed. Liz and Margaret made me feel so at ease, I cannot give enough credit to these 2 women, they were so caring.
