So glad that I came across the LOC website. 2019 my son became aware he had something wrong with his chest. Managed to get an appointment with in NHS. They told us he had Pectus Excavatum. His Left ventricle being squashed but any surgery he needed wasn’t done on the NHS any more unless we could afford to pay £15,000 + for the surgery he needed. This wasn’t an option unless we could crowd fund. My son didn’t want everyone knowing. I decided to trawl the internet for help, I came across LOC. I emailed them August 2022, Anna got straight back to me. I sent pictures and copies of letters and scans from NHS. Anna then FaceTimed us, she told us that she could definitely help and at a fraction of the price. Fast forward 2 weeks and we went to the clinic Sept 22. Vacuum Bell and a brace for lower ribs. Measurements were taken and brace and bell were made that day. All instructions were clearly discussed, fitting was done there and then. We came away the same day with the everything we needed to start the journey to recovery. Anna keeps in contact and is at the end of the phone if you have any problems. We have 3 monthly meetings. As of today 2.3.23 my son has only been having the treatment 5 months and he is already 50% better. Couldn’t be more happier with the treatment and professionalism of the Clinic. Highly recommend....
