What a pleasant experience I had on my first treatment ,I was treated with kindness and what they say they deliver Totally pain free and happy with the results
Excellent service & great results!! Would definitely recommend it to anyone!
Extremely disappointed. I initially went for a skin analysis but no technology was used, the therapist just looked at my skin and gave me tips on how to improve my use of products (this was helpful). We then went in to do a Bio Chemical peel which initially gave me a glow in the first few hours but no improvements after that. I then purchased Nimue and The Zone Scar repair products for +-R4000. My skin concerns were occasional breakouts and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation - my skin looked better before coming here. Wouldn’t recommend and will not be returning. I’m still using the products because it’s only been 3 weeks and the break out might be my skin purging plus I don’t want to waste. So far the Nimue Exfoliating enzyme is the only product I like. My skin looks and feels refreshed after using it.... (Show more)

It was such a lovely experience. The place is stunning, intimate, clean and the therapist was so patient with my friend and I creating content, despite us wasting her time. Highly recommend❤️

Such a gem. I was very late for my appointment and the lady who treated me (I didn’t get her name) was incredibly kind and patient. She explained the treatment process thoroughly and gave me extra information as we continued. I have been going to The Laser Beautique for just over a year now and I have experienced nothing less than the best. When I make a booking I get a google calendar link as a reminder. The staff are always friendly and the treatment is personalised. The environment is sanitary and all COVID-19 protocols are followed. The treatments are exactly what they advertise. Their painless laser is effective, I have done 2 areas of my body and moving onto the third. Their facials leave my skin showing results until the next treatment. As a student on a budget, their treatments are also affordable. Overall an extremely pleasant experience and good choice if you are looking for refreshing beauty treatments.... (Show more)
The service and the ladies here are normally lovely. However, this week there was a scheduling issue where my booking wasn't captured despite being in my calendar since my previous appointment. I was told to make another appointment despite this being the salon's mistake. I'm a bit annoyed at the inconvenience.... (Show more)

This establishment is top notch. The staff working here are very friendly, efficient and professional. Just show up in time for your appoint and you're good to go. The services are greatly varied - anything from makeup services to laser hair removal/electrolysis to skin health and looks treatments to scar and varicose veins treatments.They're up front about how services are charged and performed, so no scary surprises. Went for third laser hair removal treatment (the past two went well). Was a couple of minutes late and the consultant took me in. However the service was so poor, and rushed at some point she spilled the gel or whatever in my mouth it was a disaster. When I expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction about the poor workmanship, she became extremely rude and defensive and she insisted on putting the blame on me, seriously. I could not believe how insolent and disrespectful the consultant behaved. I expected some level of professionalism but not, what a rude awakening.... (Show more)

Change rules on laser treatment without proper communication. One pays many thousands for a laser package and then they give you issues about a razor.
