I have been a customer at the studio for 9 months. No issues until a day ago which has left me extremely disappointed. Good day Ferhana, firstly we would like to thank you for your support. Unfortunately one of our machines had to go in for repair, these things happen due to the constant load shedding we had been experiencing. There is no way to predict or prepare for these unforeseen issues and the hand piece had to be sent overseas for the repair. We are still trying our best to accommodate you along with our other clients that we asked so kindly to reschedule. We humbly apologize for the inconvenience caused, it is truly beyond our control 🙏

The studio is very professional and clean. The microneedling and green peel has been amazing. They also offer laser with the Soprano Ice which comes highly acclaimed.
