The James Clinic - Ferbane

I couldn’t recommend Merlin (dentist) and Erin (dental nurse) enough. I’m deathly afraid of dentist from past dentists/dental work, and I knew I needed to bite the bullet and get some work done. Merlin talked me through each step, offered her opinions and best treatment options, and Erin made me feel relaxed and cared for throughout. I have always been self conscious about my appearance, and I truly cannot thank Merlin enough for fixing my smile, it has made a huge difference! I can without a doubt say my fear of dentist’s has gone away over night thanks to Merlin. The whole experience is second to none, from being greeted at the front door by Fidelma to the treating team. All staff at the James Clinic Ferbane are truly exceptional, especially Fidelma at reception, Niamh and Melissa. My braces were taken off yesterday and I could not be happier with the result, James really made the process easier, putting any worries i had at ease. The girls were fantastic with my son, I mentioned to the receptionist my son has autism and suffers anxiety she went straight in to tell the girls, and they gave him time and didn't rush him when he became upset, so understanding and made me feel at ease how they treated my son, 100% recommend thank you!... Fidelma receptionist and Melissa hygienist are fantastic. They are so welcoming and make the experience so enjoyable which means alot when you have small kids visiting the hygienist and dentist . Both the pediatric dentist and the nurse sorry can't remember their names are soooo good with my 2 kids, they put them at ease and were so gentle and caring. The dentist (she's getting married soon, best of luck and happiness). We are back again in a few months, Fidelma has us booked in for our future appointments, nothing is a problem to her, and she always sends a reminder with a usual friendly reminder call. Melissa is an excellent Hygenist. She explains the treatment and how best to maintain dental health v clearly. I would highly recommend her.

I visited the James Clinic in Ferbane a few times this year. My experience there has been fantastic with everyone I dealt with extremely professional and easy to deal with. I highly recommend the James Clinic...My son got his orthodontic work done with James and from Day 1 the treatment and service we received has been 1st class... From the kindest most helpful person i have ever met the receptionist Fidlema,the best hygienist with the best advice and help Melissa, to the main man himself James who really knows how to give you that perfect smile and keeps on top of all your adjustments,he is top class at his job and the lovely Farrah who was always there with the chats and the biggest smile...We had the pleasure of been to all Three clinic's, Ferbane,Mullingar and Enfield.. I can honestly say they staff in all three clinic's are so kind and helpful and are professionals at there job... We were always treated so well.. One thing I can say when attending the James Clinic they staff are so quick to attend to you and keep you at ease... I have been so impressed with this Clinic I decided to get my own orthodontic work done with James.. Just did a general check up as a new patient. People are amazingly friendly! Booking can be done online where you can see which dentist is available when and easily bookable. The check up rooms are clean, modern and the check up is done efficiently :) Definitely would recommend!

I attend The James dental Clinic in Ferbane and I have to say the Staff there are just amazing the dentist that worked on me was so caring and kind and likewise was the lovely dental Nurse As for the receptionist the first impression was the welcome that I received was first class. I had the pleasure of visiting James Clinic Ferbane for over a year while undergoing orthodontic treatment with the incredible team of Fidelma and Sarah out front and Melissa the hygienist is one of the nicest you could meet. I cannot express enough how professional, empathic, and downright funny dentist James was throughout my journey. The team at James Clinic Ferbane made every visit an enjoyable experience, despite the fact that I was wearing braces for a year and two months. Fidelma and Sarah were always on hand to answer any questions I had, and their expert knowledge of orthodontics ensured that my treatment went as smoothly as possible. One particularly hilarious moment that sticks out in my mind happened when I walked into the clinic and saw Sarah, who had just come back from a holiday. I was so taken aback by her immaculate fake tan and stunning looks that I didn't even recognize her at first! I had to do a double-take and then exclaimed, "Wow, little brownie! Is that you?" We all had a good laugh about it, and it's moments like these that made going to the dentist a fun experience. Overall, I would highly recommend James Clinic Ferbane to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and humorous dental team. The staff at James Clinic are fantastic and so friendly and I cannot recommend Melissa the Hygienist enough. Been a very nervous patient, Melissa put me at ease straight away by taking the time to explain what steps she was going to take when it came to my treatments which made my visits so easy to attend. From a young age (now in my 40's) I had a dreaded fear of the dentist and resulting in me hesitating to go and resulting in the unnecessary removal of teeth. Since I started attending James Clinic all those fears and that hesitancy has disappeared. The staff could not be nicer from the receptionist to the dental staff. I highly recommend them. I would highly recommend The James Clinic . The front staff especially Fidelma is exceptional at her job . Melissa the hygienist is one of the nicest you could meet , always listens to the clients if they have fears or are nervous . She makes the whole experience very relaxing and her way in dealing with each individual is so so professional . Always great advice too . Having dealt with James directly too , I can honestly say you will not find a better team . All of my kids attend this clinic too and not one of them have a fear of the dentist . Highly recommend.... Really happy to have dealt with James and his team at The James Clinic in Ferbane. Had braces on to close a large gap in my teeth and was very nervous going in after almost 20 years since visiting a dentist. The staff are very friendly and very good at what they do and were very supportive to me throughout the process. They take great pride in their work as well as each others work which was nice to see. I couldn't recommend The James Clinic highly enough. All the staff were lovely and very friendly. I went in for a clean and polish. Melissa was my hygienist and she was brilliant. She made me feel at ease straight away and did a super job.I Will definitely come back again.

I've been going to the James Clinic for the last 4 years. Before attending the James Clinic, I was terrified of dentists/hygienists, having had previous bad experiences. I attend with the hygienist Melissa and she's excellent. She's so gentle and makes every appointment so relaxed. Melissa is so knowledgeable as a hygienist and she's a perfectionist. I only recently joined James' Clinic, and I must say it was THE best choice I have ever made. For someone that is terrified of the dentist, this was an absolute dream! I was made feel so comfortable and relaxed with the main dentist straight off and the hygienist, Melissa, was just the most kind, and gentle hygienist I have EVER come across! My teeth and gums looked brand new after just one visit, the difference is unreal! i have been to the hygienist Melissa on a number of occasions. She is so kind and caring and does a great job. I would be happy to recommend The James Clinic in Ferbane to all my friends. Other members of my family have been to the dentist there also and were very happy with the service.
