Simmo operated on the upper and lower eyelids a year ago. The end result was visible very soon, namely my eyebrows came down like snow from the roof in the winter. I have tried to get in touch so that the matter can be fixed. So the eyebrows should be lifted back up, which came down after this operation. I have been to Estonia and I am about to go again and tried to contact by e-mail and phone so that we could live with Simmon with me and plan what to do. I don't answer phone calls or e-mails, which I think is shirking responsibility. In plastic surgery, you should also know how to take responsibility, if something goes wrong, it will be fixed. These procedures cost so much that it is right and reasonable to ask, so that the apartment is repaired and I am satisfied. Then this is customer service until the end, but I didn't see that the contacts are not answered. I have received services of the gastric balloon, lost 28kg with it and a tummy tuck. Everything has been absolutely fantastic and I have been taken care of very well. Dr. Rein Adamson is a brilliant surgeon.
