The dentist, Dr. Silvia Morales is speaks both English and Spanish fluently, and studied in the US. Dr. Richard Levy is the owner. He held two orthodontic practices in Washington DC for 25 years before moving to Costa Rica. We are fully set up for all dental procedures.
