BDS MFDS. Dentist I qualified from Kings College London in 2002 from there I pursued a hospital career in restorative dentistry and maxillofacial surgery for two years. After working hard in the competitive hospital environment and gaining my MFDS (royal college of surgeons fellowship exams) I decided to live and work in New Zealand for a couple of years. In New Zealand I worked as a general dental practitioner and enjoyed my hobbies of walking, trekking and the outdoor pursuits. New Zealand was a fun place to live but it was too far from my friends and family. It was also very restrictive in developing my dental career. In 2008 I returned with my partner Chris to the UK to commence my next challenge of owning my own dental practice and developing my dental career and I have never looked back !! Since owning The Dental Centre I have refurbished the practice and taken pride in developing It, with the help of my partner Chris and the team, in to a friendly family general practice which prides itself in providing the highest quality dental care, with the most up to date techniques and materials. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry my favourite areas are restorative and cosmetic dentistry. For this reason I am a full Member of the BACD and have completed the Aesthetic Certificate at the Eastman Dental Centre of Excellence

I grew up in Cuba, when I was 12 years old my dad took me to dentist to have braces. This treatment involved the extraction of some of my teeth. Cuba is quite a poor country but with a great medical service and warm and friendly people. There were no anaesthetics for fillings, but the lady dentist who did them was so kind and gentle I could cope with it.I was one of those patients asking lots of questions and curious about everything.I didn’t realise it at the time, but this was the start of my love for dentistry. I qualified from Warsaw University, in 2001. I enjoyed working and living in Poland, but there was still one thing I wanted to do as a dentist, to learn orthodontics, which in Poland is very difficult. After a long search i decided to move to Spain and gain my orthodontic knowledge which I did. Whilst i was there I met my partner and we had our wonderful daughter, Elizabeth. We moved to the UK in 2010 to further my career of dentistry. Shortly after this i arrived at The Dental Centre, as their associate dentist. I love meeting new people and love providing a wide variety of treatment. I am very kind and patient and take great pride in all the work I provide. I work very closely with Vicky and my nurse, Chris and all the girls. We are a great team, which is very important to me, and has huge influence on our patient’s satisfaction. I am currently doing a clinical attachment at Ysbyty Gwynedd to further my Orthodontic (braces) skills to enable me to provide this service in the near future.I am fluent In English, Spanish and Polish

aving grown up in Prestatyn, I moved up to Glasgow with my husbands work. When my three children were at school age I trained as a "mature student" at Glasgow Rental School to be a Hygienist. I worked in the Glasgow area as a hygienist before returning home to Wales once my children were away at university. Back on the North Wales coast I have worked in a variety of dental practices always taking great pride in my work. A beautifully polished set of teeth and pink healthy gums is a joy to behold!
I had a wonderful experience at this dental practice. Despite my initial appointment being canceled unexpectedly, the rebooking process was smooth and efficient. The reception team, including Hayley, Shannon, and Chloe, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Sharon guided me through the registration process as a first-time patient, which was seamless. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and teamwork of dentists Gwen and Bethan, who quickly fixed my tooth with precision. I would like to say how superb all the staff at the practice are, everyone so welcoming and friendly, especially Sue on the reception desk, from my very first visit to the practice after the change over to Eirlys, I was greeted by Sue, the professionalism and friendliness I was treated with, was something you rarely, today see! I would like to say what a good experience I have had, the receptionist got me a quick appointment after losing a large part of my front tooth and Niall did an amazing job of filling it, The staff are a credit to the practice well done all.
I attended an appointment today the staff were all lovely from reception to the dentist. I was advised of many options available to me in regards to having a extraction the gentleman was honest with me when he could have just taken my tooth and changed me for it when only half of my tooth would have been able to come out so I still would have been in no better position than I am now but he put in a referral to the hospital for me so I can have my whole tooth extracted 10/10 services... Great experience from start to finish. Reception staff so kind and friendly. The dentist Dr Dario always put my mind at ease and this my most recent visit I was treated by a wonderful therapist. If you suffer anxiety at dental visits. This wonderful team will certainly put your mind at ease.

Such a difference to attend a dental practice where you're treated with respect and can actually get appointments! Popped in a couple of months ago as I was looking to move dentist from Staffordshire. Blown away with the friendly attitude on reception. Was happy to go from previous NHS to private and so pleased I did. Needed work doing, all fully explained and carried out to a high standard. Took a plan out and just had my first free hygienist appointment - great advice again. Easy parking, great people. Extremely happy patient. 5 star.... (Show more)
What a fantastic experience I had today, I am on the waiting list for NHS to join this dentist however I had a broken tooth and they fitted me in for an emergency appointment, I am so grateful for the amazing staff.
I have had a number of appointments at Eirlys Dental Practice over the past year and I can't speak more highly of them! Everyone I have come across has been so lovely, kind and professional and Gwen has been so amazingly patient! Her care and attention to detail has been incredible, making sure that she has the perfect colour match for a filling on one of my front teeth, to ensuring that it is the perfect shape to suit my mouth whilst still looking good. I used to dread going to the dentist and now it doesn't phase me in the slightest.
