I have been a patient here for probably 30 years. Today I had a crown break at 11:20 AM and I had an international flight to catch in the evening. If you're like me and you fear the dentist or new dental procedures, then be sure to see Dr. Ford and her staff at Center for Advanced Dental Care! After presenting me with an awesome referral where I was well taken care of for a root canal, I returned to see Dr. Ford for my permanent crown (she did a wonderful job prepping me with my temporary crown). Dr. Ford performed this job with ease, all while kindly and compassionately explaining what she was going to do and why. Dr. Ford made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure and that the crown was a perfect fit. I am a few weeks removed from the procedure, and when Dr. Ford checked in to see how I was feeling, I was glad to report that the tooth feels better than every -- I would never know that it wasn't my original tooth. It is clear that Dr. Ford goes above and beyond to care for her patients and to ensure they get the best possible outcome. If you want to have an “old” school experience where the customer is number ONE and you are treated like you are the MOST important person in the World…..then search no more! This is your place! It was my first time going there and had a very painful( I mean years of pain..painful!🤷‍♂️) wisdom tooth that finally needed to be removed. Being someone who is terrified of the dentist it goes without saying that I was very nervous when I first walked in. I was created so kindly by Tina at the reception desk and then sat in a chair for ex-rays and my surgical tooth removal. In walks Dr. Singh with a smile that put most..lol..my fears aside INSTANTLY, at this point still afraid… She told me exactly what she was going to do and spoke the entire procedure informing me of what she was doing. What made Dr.Singh so SPECIAL was, even at 7pm,after a long day she was MOST concerned that I had a great experience and that I felt NO PAIN. Her expertise and approach amazing…yet her genuine concern for how I was feeling unparalleled! Cheers Dr Singh! Then after the procedure was over I was again given the “white glove” treatment of Dr Ford, who now owns the practice. (By the way was a dental assistance at the same practice under Dr Kaplan and then went back to become a Doctor of Dentistry and bought the practice!!! You mean destiny..meant to be..She looked at my teeth and came up with an affordable, realistic plan to help me. Best part she made me feel it was when it was convenient for me. This practice comes with an amazing story… professional, educated and courteous employees..who are always smiling, and have a true willingness to make you feel like you, and you alone, are their only patient. Exceptional Dental Experience I recently had an outstanding experience at the Center for Advanced Dental Care in Newton, Massachusetts. After struggling with pain in the back of my mouth for six months and multiple visits to my previous dentist the problem persisted. A friend highly recommended Dr. Kaplan for another opinion. He conducted a thorough exam and, unlike my previous experiences, identified the cause of my discomfort and was able to correct the problem. What impressed me the most was the efficiency, professionalism, and commitment to providing a solution. The entire process, from diagnosis to treatment, was seamless. I had my routine check-up and cleaning yesterday. Karen was my hygienist. The entire experience was great. I needed X-rays and they had this new piece of equipment that was wonderful. No more gagging with stuff in your mouth. The entire office is friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I think that Dr. Ford sets the tone for all. She is a terrific dentist and a terrific person. Love the service at the Center for Advanced Dental Care. I'm a cardiologist, and I know what good care is. They are professional, compassionate, patient and just good human beings.

Great cleaning, I always feel great when I leave. Dr Ford is very knowledgeable and skilled and has her patients best interests in mind. I got one filling here last year and several cleanings. Highly recommended if you are located anywhere nearby

Always a great experience with Amy, she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. She helped me understand what regular habits are serving me well and let me know where my teeth are showing wear to know what they are keeping an eye on that may eventually need repair. Thank you!

Dr. Nicole Ford is a wonderful dentist and is an artist when it comes to making dental crowns - she makes sure they are perfect and look natural. She is also a good problem solver and thinks ahead.
