Our staff are all professionally qualified practitioners offering patients the best level of traditional Osteopathy, Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy mixed with new innovative highly technical equipment such as shockwave therapy, IDD Therapy and Cold Laser to get the best results for our patients. An example of IDD Therapy (Intervertebral Differential Dynamics) involves a full rehabilitation approach to degenerative spine disease, whiplash, sciatica & chronic back pain. It uses negative pressure to isolate each vertebra and deliver pain relief. Practitioners using this technique stretch restricted fascia tissue by applying a specified force to an area of the body causing aches & pains, the myofascial release seeks to look for changes in the myofascial structures by stretching and elongating the these tissues, or mobilising adhesive soft tissue, your practitioner moves through the layers of the fascia until the deeper tissues are reached.
