I recommend +++ I was already delighted when I had Invisalign, but I was waiting for a while to be able to write a constructive long-term review. Originally invisalign was supposed to last 2 years and thanks to the work of Doctor Leclercq, it lasted 1 year. We extracted the wisdom teeth, aligned the bottom teeth and the top teeth. The work is incredible. I feel better about myself with my smile but in terms of dental care, it's much easier to brush my teeth and clean them. Hygiene is easier and more constructive. All the nursing staff are super kind and attentive. Today, 2 years after finishing Invisalign, my teeth are still straight. The support was very present during the 2 years. I can always call if I have any questions. I always receive responses on time. Secretaries are excellent helpers for everything relating to administration at the mutual insurance level. Clearly, originally, I simply went there for invisalign, since then I have had my annual follow-up there. Brussels smile clinic is the place where I feel confident about everything related to my teeth. I recommend with your eyes closed. I'll leave you before/after photos. First of all, the building and the Clinic are beautiful and clean! The clinic is multilingual but I found it strange that the secretary kept answering me in English so I spoke to her in French and I had my boyfriend with me and the two of us spoke French together in front of her, I imagine that it was because of my foreign name (I found it a bit strange), if you are foreign they will probably speak to you in English even if you are a resident of Belgium. This is my to-go clinic in Brussels! All the staff speaks perfect English and are incredibly nice. I have experiences with three doctors there and all are super professional. One of my favorite ones is Dr. Arek. He always makes sure you understand everything and you leave without any doubts. Dr. Leclercq inspires me a lot of confidence and professionalism and she is ready to jump in to give you advise in complicated cases, as it was mine. However, these last week I had not the usual perfect experience I normally have. It was quite difficult to reach them out for an appointment both via email and phone as I was not receiving a reply and I was quite desperate to receive treatment due to an infection. They were super nice to give me an appointment from one day to another, but today the doctor took the next patient before I arrive (a patient that arrived 1 hour before her/his appointment). I arrived and I was talking to the recepcionis by 9:41, and my appointment was at 9:30. I apologized for arriving late due to traffic and she told the Dr. just arrived so it was not a problem. I was sitting in the waiting room for 5-10 mins and apparently the Dr. in those 11 minutes took the next patient , without calling me or checking if I was just about to arrive, and by almost 10:00 they told me it could take 5 minutes or 30 minutes to finish with the other patient. The only solution was to wait up to 1 hour later of the original appointment, which I could not as I already moved a meeting later in order to be able to go to the clinic. The next appointment available is 5 days later, which can complicate things with an infection and will have me in pain for days. Whereas I ask them to please call me if there is any cancellation, it’s quite a pity that I had to reschedule everything for 11 minutes and a patient that arrived 1 hour before his/her appointment.
