I have been attending the Berkeley Clinic for a few years, I wish I had found Greig sooner! I was recommended the Berkeley Clinic due to needing corrective work on previous dental treatment. Greig was super professional and talked through every procedure that I was going to undertake, I now go to my appointments without that fear of the dentist. Just noticed a made a 1 star review by accident, the Berkeley clinic and the staff are amazing. I got full set off veneers by heather the result was outstanding and the level of professionalism and aftercare is second to none! I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Shambles of a place for getting booked in, called me 2 min before appointment to say it's been double booked and cancelled me. Was standing at front entrance. Service is fine if you ever get an appointment fulfilled

I am amazed by the professionalism and efficiency from Berkeley Clinic staff. They are a top class medical professional team who collaborate with each other to cater to my medical needs. The pleasant young gentleman receptionist is welcoming and professional. He helped me with my appointment in a caring and proficient manner. Dr. Mary (sorry if I misspell her name) listened to me carefully with great empathy. When she found that my problem is out of her scale of expertise, she engaged her colleague Dr. Greig's help. Dr. Greig, despite my appointment being with Dr. Marry on the day, made himself available to join the consultation and examined me. Dr. Greig then spent extra time to write a referral letter for me to see a particular specialist. Maria treated me for periodontal disease and saved my teeth when the NHS dentist told me that it was just a case of when they would fall out. I could not be more grateful or pleased with my treatment.

I have become Berkeley’s patient since Oct. 2021. Before I moved here from Canada, I had a virtual consultation with Dr. Heather who explained everything clearly to me. During my treatment, Dr. Heather went on maternity leave and I was taken care of by Dr. Greig, who is very patient and professional. Dr. Greig evaluated benefits and risks of the treatment and clearly explained them to me. It is not easy to book an appointment with him but he is so helpful and considerate. He truly cares about the patient’s dental and gum health. I’m very happy about the results and my smiles now. If you visit Berkeley, you find all the team members are very friendly and helpful like Aimee and Carla. They have a very good relationship/friendship with their patients. It’s not only about dental treatment, but also a family-like atmosphere here. You have to experience this by yourself. Joining their membership can give the patient discounts on some treatment. Worst clinic in Scotland. Avoid as much as possible, they take at least 2 weeks to get back to you, and refuse to provide, they create unnecessary services for additional charges under nonexistent “rules and regulations”

After my first appointment I came away reassured that I was in very good hands after visiting Dr Trianti. The staff are very welcoming and friendly with regular communication of appointment times and information. The practice is spotlessly clean and comfortable. I'm a 39 year old female, who hadn't been to the dentist for over 30 years due to a severe dental phobia. My teeth were in the worse state imaginable, I was completely ashamed of the way I looked, and it had such a negative impact on my life, my teeth basically made me feel worthless. I decided I wanted to finally try do something about it, and was fixated on finding a dentist that could offer General anaesthetic for full upper and lower extractions with immediate dentures. The thought of being awake, to have so much work done was absolutely horrifying to me, I honestly never imagined I'd be able to do it. It was recommended that I contact Dr Mike Gow, as he specialised in patients with dental Anxiety. Mike got me in the following week for a lengthy chat. His relaxed demeanour instantly put me at ease, everything was super chill, and we discussed everything in great detail. My concerns were that the sedation wouldn't work on me, and Mike explained that there's no way he would carry on with the work of he thought I wasn't sedated enough. In short, I left that day feeling like I was in safe hands, and that I could trust what Mike was telling me. Less than 6 weeks after first attending the clinic, I've been in and had my uppers done. Mike pulled out all the stops to get me in ASAP before I went on holiday. I remember very little about the whole procedure, and what I do remember is really silly stuff lol. I felt zero pain whatsoever, not even the injections, and 2 hours felt like 10 mins! Any issues I've had in the past week, Mike has got me in straight away and helped put my mind at ease, which has been greatly appreciated as I'm a bit of an overthinker, and stress my self out a little. The way I looked before compared to now is unreal. They aren't perfect, and won't be for another few months, but the improvement in the way I look honestly means so much to me ❤️ and I would never of had the courage to do it if it hadn't been for Mike doing what he does. The guy is genuinely one in a million, and I can't recommend him enough for anyone with a fear of the dentist. Also, all the nurses and reception staff have been lovely too, nothing negative to say at all. 😁 I'm only half way done, and this is a huge review, but at such an epic moment in my life, its needed lol. The Berkeley clinic is by far one of the best dental clinics in the UK. With Jamie Newlands heading up a team of fantastic professionals and a clinic that delivers cutting edge dental technology, you should look no further to have any treatment done.

The best dentists I’ve been to. I had a treatment done by Heather and she was so great. The clinic itself is lovely and so are all the staff. There’s such an attention to detail at the Berkeley clinic and I’d highly recommend it to anyone.

I would love to say a massive thank you to Dr Maria Trianti. Recently I had a wobbly tooth and was more than sure I was going to loose it. This truly horrified me as it was close to the front of my mouth. Turns out that this tooth was an implant and even more worrying it was done abroad. Failure was not an option for Dr Maria Trianti, she managed to work complete magic by drilling the tiniest hole to find a hidden screw and then tighten it. A wonderful dental practice! I was seen by Heather and her team. We discussed composite bonding in order to fix my asymmetric smile. Something I was self conscious of for quite a while. Heather and the team were phenomenal. I felt completely at ease and fully trusted them to give me the smile I always wanted. The service was impeccable. They were able to fit me in to receive my treatment just before my sisters wedding ( they wanted to make sure I felt confident smiling for the wedding photos!! ) I am so happy with my smile and would highly recommend them. Absolutely outstanding experience- for someone who was terrified of dentists. Having avoided dentists at all costs for the last 12 yrs, I finally decided it was time to be brave and address the issues with my teeth. Following a traumatic experience as a young teenager, I’d developed what I now know is ptsd. Therefore I needed someone who would be patient, empathetic and kind and wouldn’t push me to go quicker than I was ready to. From my first zoom call with Dr Mike Gow to each and every time I have been to the Berkeley clinic, I’ve been treated with empathy, understanding and compassion. I decided to have hypnosis for my trauma before I started any dental treatment. Everything was baby steps, exactly what I needed. So much so that some appointments were literally about just being in the treatment room. With a gradual build up, I was able to have the treatment I needed. I’m now months on from being terrified to walk through the door. The difference in my teeth and therefore my confidence is incredible. I smile so much more. I smile genuinely. I laugh without worry about people seeing my teeth. I wear lipstick. If you have dental anxiety or phobia, please do call the Berkeley clinic. I know it’s a hard step, but it can and will change your life. I cannot recommend Mike and the team enough. Thank you for all you do.
