I absolutely love this place!! Jane was more than fantastic with their Acupuncture and Acupressure treatments. I started Acupuncture after my fertility specialist recommended it inline with IVF. Each week I really looked forward to treatment as it helped immensely with my IVF and we were successful first go and am going onto 12 weeks pregnant!! Jane is very kind, caring and provided a range of treatments like acupuncture, acupressure, chiropractic and massage to help with fertility and general stress management - changed my life. Always the best service, Brittany knows how help me during my training aches & pains & injuries that I’ve had - the most efficient and least painful treatment for me is the Acupuncture with the electrolysis - and love it!!! I have been travelling all the way from Penrith to Castle Hill to be treated at The Accupuncture Room for 4 years by Brittany. Brittany has done such an awesome job helping me through my shoulder and neck issues/injuries over the years. Her technique and knowledge of different treatments has helped me avoid working in constant pain and has reduced my ongoing migraines from my neck issues. I used to get constant numbing and pain down my arms and that has all dissapeared thanks to Brittany's treatments. It can be very daunting choosing an acupuncturist but with The Acupuncture Room you can't go wrong. Not only has Brittney help me with my back pain, she has helped me reach a level of complete relaxation on the table. I decided to track my heart rate the last visit and as you can see it was the lowest and consistent during my 1 hour treatment! Was in the 50's as a rest heart rate. Love it! Totally recommend... Brittany was the only one to fix my shoulder issues having tried other methods previously, everything was explained in a very easy to understand way, the treatment was carried out with empathy and the results where noticeable straight away. I came to the Acupuncture Room for pain relief after being in constant pain for 4 plus months. There were a number of positives. The acupuncture each time provided pain relief for three days. The practice itself is a very nurturing and relaxing environment. There is certainly more effort to make the client feel comfortable during the treatment compared to anywhere else. However, acupuncture did not solve my problem and many months later I am still in pain every moment of every day. Therefore, it is impossible for me to provide a higher rating especially when this places appears to advertise there is a not a condition which acupuncture can't treat. After my standard course of treatment (a couple of weeks) I felt I was put in the too hard basket and, in the most diplomatic way, encouraged not to come back. It was confusing why I couldn't come back for temporary pain relief. I felt out of options and terrified of my pain returning, which it has. Of the nine different specialists I've seen in attempt to find relief from my chronic pain, this is definitely the best. I don't doubt it is the best acupuncture place around.
