I visited from the UK to have a dental implant and highly recommend this clinic. Like everyone else, I was nervous but saw how highly qualified Bita the dentist is in both implants and other dental work. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is so kind and patient - I am a nervous patient following work by an NHS dentist who wasn’t so good. She explained everything in detail and put my mind at rest. The clinic is spotlessly clean, has a beautiful mountain view from the chair and Bita will put the ceiling tv on showing relaxing clips such as galloping horses. I found her very thorough and she had me back for check ups at a time convenient to me. Bita’s husband is English and is happy to pick you up from the airport and take you to your appointment. I found this much less stressful than driving myself. He is also very nice and nothing is too much trouble, they both go above and beyond to provide a five star service. I can’t recommend this dentist more highly. My friend and her Mum, who have lived in Spain for years are now going to see her having seen what an amazing job she has done. I am delighted with my results. Approx. 3 months ago I completed a complex implant procedure, and I cannot thank Dr. Bita, Dr. Rosella and Belen (the nurse) enough. I have always been a nervous patient before with other dental clinics, but the team completely put me at ease throughout and my entire experience was fantastic. The clinic has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere and doesn't really feel like a typical dental clinic. Even from my first consultation, they took their time to talk to me like a "person" and I never felt pressured by them in asking any questions I had. I have referred my own family and friends to the clinic and highly recommend using them to anyone. Now I have the teeth and the smile I have always wanted. I have been using a different dental clinic for numerous yearts and was never completeley happy with the results. I saw an offer via Kroh Dental's Facebook page and decided to take advantage of their free clean and consultation. Proffesional service from start to finish and no pressure for further treatment or any attempt to up sell any further products or services. As decribed, an honest familt ranclinic with an honest assessment and treatment plan for my owm teeth. I am persian native but impressed that the team members could speak multiple languages and were interacting with other customers present in their chosen language to make them feel at ease.... I initially met Dr.Bita and Kevin when I helped them move their possessions from UK to Spain. I discussed the possibility of dental implants at that time and they immediately made me feel so much at ease with the whole idea. After obtaining other quotes for the same work I decided to place my trust in Kroh Dental without hesitation, and although very slightly more expensive I definitely made the right choice. The total cost included many things the other quotes did not. I could tell I was in good hands from day one when I was offered a Tea or Coffee (and biscuits) at the consultation. Dr.Bita is a true professional and such a warm welcoming person. I can honestly say that due to her expertise I never experienced any pain at any time during the entire process. Kevin is extremely meticulous and walked me through all aspects of the treatment ,from costs, what to expect and a carefully planned schedule from start to finish. Exceptionally, I was also offered "out of hours" appointments to fit in with my job commitments. A special mention too for Belen, Dr. Bitas dental nurse, who really took great care of me on every visit. Her smile is infectious! I can highly recommend the Kroh Dental clinic to anyone considering dental implant surgery. You will not be disappointed in any way, and I am so happy with my new smile. One final note, I must mention that after my treatment finished I was invited to a restaurant for lunch with Bita and Kevin to try out my new teeth. Fluent English speaking dentist, very friendly welcome. Carried out the treatment I specifically wanted without any attempt to upsell. One of the only dentists in the area who carries out no-prep veneers! Very happy
