About Tatton House Studio Tatton House Studio is a purpose built Pilates and Yoga complex in Cheadle and Gatley that is complimented by various other . The philosophy and outlook is developed by its founder/owner, Vered Hofton who has been working in this industry for many years and wanted to create a place that students understand and develop their own self-awareness to mind and body. Supporting students by understanding how to apply appropriate movements patterns to achieve whole body-mind awareness as well as increasing their physical ability for an ultimate body workout to achieve a better health and balance in life. The studio is attracting Pilates enthusiasts from the surrounding areas such as Didsbury, Bramhall and Wilmslow due to the Philosophy and outlook and the progressive manor of what is being taught. There are two studio areas on site; the main studio where all of the group classes are held and the one2one studio where the Pilates Reformer and GYROTONIC® pulley tower are housed. Tatton House Studio prides itself on having one of only GYROTONIC® method centres in Manchester and the Northwest. The GYROTONIC® method stretches and strengthen at the same time with minimum effort while it increases the range of motion and develops the coordination. We offer primarily term time classes based on the Stockport school holidays and very much want to offer you value for money. We recognise people busy schedules and give students the option to come other classes that are running in that week as not to miss out on the 6 week term. For example if you are signed up to the Tuesday 6.30pm class and have a parents evening or a meeting that week, you can attend any of the other 5 classes running in that week. We always have capacity for 1 or 2 extra people per class and this has to be pre-arranged with the instructor in advanced. This does not mean you can chop and change every week as you are committed your class you signed up for. Come along and join us at Tatton House Studio for a fresh approach to your mind and body.
