Went well today, for both of us, a nice man.
Where was the dentist? I had an appointment with the dental hygienist, followed by an appointment with dentist Naila. I was called into the dental hygienist's office right on time and she went to work. Suddenly she said that she was also going to have a dental check-up and, when it turned out to be necessary, that she was going to fill a tooth neck. I had never experienced this before and was quite taken aback by it. At home, I immediately looked on Google to see what the powers of a dental hygienist are and it turned out that she had not done anything that was not allowed. However, I would rather have been informed about this in advance in practice. And I only received vague answers about why the dentist was not there. Too bad it happened this way.... (Show more)

Adequately treated by Naila. Once the bridge has been loosened, stick it with cement, then install a new bridge.
Bad
My mother had made an appointment a week ago for today at 9am to rebase her teeth and would then pick up her teeth around 4am. We get a call at 8 o'clock that it won't work in 1 day and otherwise she will lose her lower teeth for 4 days. Firstly, she is 86 (with difficulty walking) and she had to get up very early and secondly, she cannot go 4 days without dentures because of eating. I work at the dentist myself and this is very sloppy. This was also known a day in advance.... (Show more)
there is always good help and everyone is nice
After being away for a while, I had my first check-up after 2 years. Great help with fixing the missing filling. Although I first met a team member from this practice, I do not know the dentist's name. I think because of the Corona crisis, imagining has somewhat faded into the background. But the reception at the practice (this was somewhat hospital-like due to Corona) was friendly and efficient. Afterwards, the check-up and treatment were excellent, but somewhat impersonal. Could also be because the dentist and assistant were completely packed. In short: good experiences so far and recommended for examination and treatment.... (Show more)
