I cannot judge treatments. But the customer focus and friendliness is far below freezing point. On February 28, I was there with my daughter on the advice of the speech therapist. The treatment did not allow my child. The dentist promised to call me back that afternoon after consultation. We agreed that she would call after 1 p.m. After days I asked the speech therapist if they could keep their appointment. And could call me. They were unreachable. I couldn't get hold of them after calling a few times. Once after about two weeks. The assistant would pass it on. And no, they had not forgotten us. But it's nice that they don't say anything again. Indeed, they had not forgotten us. They did send the invoice on April 13. Obviously because they had scheduled time. And as it should be, I paid for it. But I'm still waiting for the phone call I would receive on the afternoon of February 28. Recommend? NO! Or did they mean February 28, 2024??... (Show more)

This was a good dental practice a few years ago, but I had to switch because of the poor treatments. For me they had a tendency to fill cavities without anesthesia. After the second time, I didn't go to the dentist for almost 3 years, and their treatments almost made me fear the dentist. My mother had an implant placed in them, which also caused several things to go wrong. In the meantime I have found a good new practice.... (Show more)

Contrary to other reports, I am very happy with this practice. The people at reception are super sweet, always want to help you, and both dentist and dental hygienists are skilled. Shame about the negative reviews.

Warning: Don't go here!! I came here to have my splint fixed. But instead my splint was cut by the dentist, after which my teeth started to shift. I now have to get braces again, while this could easily have been prevented if the dentist had simply tightened the splint as requested. Very disappointed in this dentist.... (Show more)

Wrong treatment several times, both for me and my partner. It's only about money.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted here two years ago (two separate appointments). I went here specifically because they offer the option of having the procedure performed with laughing gas. Both treatments went smoothly and were very pleasant with laughing gas. Everyone was also very friendly, which helped with my nerves. Afterwards I had a stitch that continued to bleed a little. I was able to come by straight away and it was resolved straight away. I had no strange costs, and the laughing gas was also reimbursed by my insurance. So I had a good experience. I had an appointment to have a cavity filled and the dentist didn't even wait for the anesthesia to take effect. I was in a huge hurry to go to another room to help someone there, so I stayed with the assistant. Before he went he indicated that I had to pull out 2 wisdom teeth. Another time a few months later I went again because my wisdom tooth was a bit sore. The assistant indicated that it was one of the teeth that needed to be pulled out, that it was infected and that I had to pull it out with the other one. I got a second opinion and there was nothing wrong with my wisdom tooth. It was slightly irritated because it is coming out and I don't have to pull it out at all. Very knowledgeable dentists

Personally involved, transparent and professional. I have been coming here for 2 years now and I feel very welcome. I now know a lot more about my teeth, because they went through the photos and my file with me. By the way, I had to wait 30 minutes today before I was helped. When I asked why, it turned out that the entire team had just returned from the funeral of a colleague. The whole team was in a bad mood and you could see it, they were fighting. When my splint came off, I was able to go straight the same day. My splint was glued, but unfortunately after a week it came loose again. When I called again, I was able to come back straight away and it was re-glued, no costs were charged and it was resolved.

What a big sham you can see in your mouth through a mirror, I'm a layman and I really don't recognize the beginning of cavities or the like. This way they give you treatments that are not necessary. According to the dental hygienist, I have early periodontal disease. To be able to see this properly, a precise measurement would be needed, costing 200 euros. Then at least 2 more Hi treatments cost 400 euros each time, then return regularly for check-ups and maintenance. It was a visit from 0 to 1000 euros within 5 minutes. All my previous dentists told me that I had such well-maintained teeth. Have second opinion research done. There was nothing wrong. Very nice teeth... (Show more)

Nice practice

They have everything under one roof. From dental hygienist to dental surgeon.

This is truly the worst dental practice I know! Painful treatments, incorrect bills and also useless treatments because after braces, night braces and wires, there is little result to this day. Fortunately, I am now at a different practice.
