First point of contact who was the receptionist Lacey, great phone skills and communication, cared to listen what was the issue with my mum, booked in, saw Dr Gloria, great so far, mum is on track to fixing issue, Lacey even gave a follow up call to see how mum was doing? I have seen Dr Tarek Abasseri at the Sylvania Waters practice a couple of times, now, and on each occasion, he has been extremely understanding and empathetic regarding my high anxiety. He has taken the time to really listen to my concerns, answer my many questions, patiently explain things and not pressure me in any way. I have to return for further work and feel safe in the knowledge that I will be in gentle and reassuring hands, and that Dr Tarek will do his utmost to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr Lau has been my dentist for over 20 years. His patience, professionalism and care has given me great confidence in having a big smile in front of people. Even though we have moved away from the suburb, I have no hesitation in driving an hour to visit the clinic every time.

Quality dentistry and customer service. I trust this practice to provide the best care and treatment for my teeth. Lawrence is thorough and honest, noticing any dental changes or concerns early. The premises is always clean and fresh. Highly recommend.

I’ve had a lot of dental work done in the past due to a childhood accident and this is by far the best dental surgery I have stepped foot in. All your worries and fear go out the door as soon as you are greeted by the lovely, welcoming staff. Jenna is so friendly and understanding, she has a way of making you feel so comfortable and reassured. She is so very gentle with her work, she regularly checks if you’re comfortable and not in pain and is an absolute delight to be around. I had crowns put in at another dentist and had issues with my teeth and my gums being extremely dark due to the teeth dying at a young age, Laser Dental has been the only dental surgery that has been able to successfully bleach my crowns internally and remove most of the darkening (as it’s impossible to remove it all). I wish I found them sooner! Lawrence is so kind, easy going and he’s the best in the business. His attention to detail is second to none and he is always so thorough when explaining your different options, what needs to be done and how which makes it easy to make an informed decision. His light hearted humour takes all your nerves away and you can sense that he truly does care wholeheartedly about his clients The dental nurses are all so friendly and gentle as well. The surgery is beautiful and the atmosphere is delightful, it’s really got a laid back, joyful feel to it and you will walk away without any doubt that you’ve looked after and cared for.
