Unprofessional Services. I was a long term customer in both physio and doctor departments at SSM. Attended for a booked physio appointment this week with Rob only to be told on arrival he went to a funeral. I had travelled one hour and a half to attend this appointment. Admin staff stated they tried to call me to notify me of the change using an old number even though I attended SSM one month prior (Dec 23) and gave all my new contact details including new phone number to the receptionist (lady who sits on the right of the service desk). No apology or no care whatsoever from this blonde middle aged lady and when I put it to her that I gave her my new number in December she scrambled with mumble about why my new number wasn’t there. As result I had to drive home. 3 hours out of my time and money and no physio appointment. Appalling service and incompetent administrative staff. Highly unprofessional and SSM have lost me as a customer.... (Show more)
Saw Dr S. Dalton today for my problem knee besides being so professional and friendly he examined me better than any other doctor . We made a plan to follow and I’m very grateful.
Trent is honestly the best podiatrist. Fixed my debilitating chronic foot pain in 2 sessions (I'm a theatre nurse) and taught my husband and I how to strap and muscle release if the issue came back. Recommended the right shoe type to buy. Have brought my husband and son also also with fantastic results and have recommended him to so many people! Can't recommend highly enough!... (Show more)
I have found the receptionists to be lovely and I have been in pain for so long, but I saw Emily the Podiatrist who has given me orthotics that she makes herself and were only around $50 from memory. I was also told that the sneakers I was told they didn't give me enough support. I am definitely going back again next year.... (Show more)
Friendly staff
$230 for a 15 minute initial consult that would have lasted probably 5 mins if i wasn't asking many questions. Ultrasound lasted less then a minute. Diagnosed so quick and told i need PRP injections to fix my shoulder issue which I've had for 10+ years. PRP injections are about $600 a pop. Felt as if the doctor really didn't care and was only interested in pushing PRP because of the profit. I'd never go back here again, they did not take the time to properly diagnose me and seems they are only interested in making money off PRP injections. I also told them I was on anti-inflammatories which you cannot be for 2 weeks prior to your injection (researched this) but they booked me in for the shot 1 week after. 0 care. I left their honestly feeling like i was robbed of my money and time.... (Show more)
Dr Ibrahim such and gentlemen wouldn’t spend a dollar anywhere else so genuine and helpful I recommend him to everyone thanks for your support and services
I've seen well over a dozen physios during my travels around Australia and the US. Brent and the team at SSMC are in a league of their own. I've experienced more progress in a few weeks with Brent than I've seen with other physios in Sydney over the course of several months. Prior to visiting SSMC I'd almost lost hope in restoring full function in my shoulder and getting back in the gym. That hope has been restored... (Show more)
Excellent professional advice. Highly recommend the whole team.
Fantastic physios
Can't thank Henry enough for his help. He's understanding, motivating and expert physio. His treatment and exercise plans gave me strength and confidence back in my knee after ACLR. Highly recommend!!!
Friendly service
Good selection of doctors, physios, etc. treating all kinds of sports related injuries. Free parking as well, and close to Olympic Park station.
Ordinary.
Kingsley is the best physio I have ever dealt with by a mile. Top man & knows the body like no one else. Reception staff are always friendly & helpful too.
Highly recommend to all who need these services
Came here for a lactate and aerobic threshold test to make sure I'm training in the right zone for mountain climbing. It was easy to book, the staff (I booked with Luke) were very knowledgeable as I described what I wanted and what I was hoping to achieve as a result of the test. I talked through where I was coming from in terms of knowledge and training and they were able to easily fill in the gaps and guide me towards the best way to assess my current situation. We performed the test and then they also took the time to talk through the results afterwards and how I might use them to implement my training.... (Show more)
