Not on time and they want to charge $30 fee above Medicare for Care plan referral.

Mathusoothanan Sambasivam - 2 years ago - Review Provided by Google Maps

Hi Mathusoothanan, thank you for your feedback, we attempted to contact you today regarding this issue, and left a voicemail. As discussed on the phone when you made your booking, our head physio’s gap fee is $30, this was also stated in your confirmation email which was sent to the email address you provided our staff. If you take a look at other physios you’ll find our prices are quite reasonable especially for physios with over 20 years of experience. Also in the future when you arrive for an appointment please kindly inform the reception that you’re there, as our physio was available on time to see you. If you have any further concerns please don’t hesitate to return our call on 96209897
