Great staff and always accommodating! Highly recommend!
I booked an appointment via email and arrived and was told that they don’t have an appointment for me. The person at the reception was not even apologetic and tried nothing to make this better, althought she could see the email confirmation. Terrible terrible experience and would avoid at all cost
Ms.schicht explained the upcoming treatment to me in a very friendly manner and then carried it out competently, carefully and gently. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely not change this dentist again.
I just had horrible experience at this dental clinic. First, I made an appointment at 1 pm only for consultation for my wisdom teeth removal and I have to wait for 45 mins because the unfriendly lady who asked me to wait at waiting room and she said she couldn’t find me anywhere when I’m the only person at the waiting room. What a nonsense! Second, when I finally met the doctor, he only explain to me less than 15 minutes and the worst part was the tools they have are soo stinky and smelly I couldn’t take it. So of course after all the disappointment I decided to go to another dental clinic. Third, today I finally received my invoice and i have to pay 129 CHF for the consultation that less than 15 mins, and in fact I only paid half of that price at the other dental clinic for the same consultaion with better, cleaner and more friendly staff. Please be careful with this dental clinic. They will rip you off!... (Show more)
Very impressive!! It was my first mom with you and it was so well received. Doctor Helmich was also super friendly and humorous!! I can only recommend!!
I was suggested a ceramic cover for my molar (root canal treatment) and was not presented with any other options. That was the case about 1 1/2 years ago. The advice was incorrect; they should have suggested metal to me and I also paid around 500 Chf, which was a completely exorbitant price. That's why I changed my dentist immediately afterwards. I had a severe toothache and was given an emergency appointment within 2 hours and was treated very politely and competently. Thanks to the team. I will gladly come again.

I have a phobia of the dentist, I had treatment with Dr WITTICH, he is super patient, he speaks French, I was pleasantly surprised! I recommend this dental clinic! Ich komme sehr gern wieder! They are awesome!!!

There is nothing Swiss here, nor can you smile after a treatment. My wife was neither properly informed nor treated properly. If you complain, you won't be taken seriously. A product that has been pulled over the scanner at the Migros checkout will then be treated better. All that glitters is not gold. If you want to gamble with your money and your health, you better go to the casino.... (Show more)
Professional dental service. Modern equipment and friendly staff. I guess that if a car ride is more worrying than a visit at the Swisssmile dentist - you’re at the right place. I wouldn’t call a visit at the dentist fun but a visit at Swisssmile is always relaxing.
The staff is great, the rooms in the ShopVille and on the 4th floor of Bahnhofstrasse are great. Quite the opposite on the 5th floor. I will probably never go to the 5th floor again.

Unreliable practice - appointment was canceled at short notice, less than 3 hours before it would have taken place.
The stay was very good as always! Everything is perfectly organized and the dentists (in my case it is the dentist Ms.schicht) are very friendly and competent. It's a pleasure to make your next appointment with Swiss Smile again!
I think they are reasonable and do good work. I don’t have any complaints. I started going to Swiss Smiles in 2018. I will continue to go to them and recommend them.
