The dental hygienist is very competent! He worked so finely that I didn't have to suffer any pain. (I have very sensitive teeth) The dentist also works very carefully and I have never had any pain after my treatments. Highly recommended!

I had two wisdom teeth removed at this practice. I have to honestly admit that I was afraid of going to the dentist, as I'm sure someone else was. However, everything was completely different. The staff is extremely friendly and did a very good job. I have been in this practice for almost 3 years now and have always been absolutely satisfied with the service and the staff. My wounds have healed extremely well and Marcus in particular took great care of ensuring that nothing was missing from my teeth or from me. I took my two and a half year old son to his first dentist visit. We were both looking forward to this visit, but we were very disappointed. My little one cried when the dentist put his fingers in his mouth, he yelled at him several times and told him to turn off the siren. As if that wasn't enough, the dentist started insulting me and said I wasn't capable of raising a child and that I should find another dentist. I then said it was outrageous the way he talked to us and left. Unfortunately P.Zampatti no longer works there, he was always very friendly and would never have done something like that.... I had a bad toothache, got an appointment straight away and everyone was extremely friendly and understanding. It's a good, well-coordinated team.

This dental practice is just great. The staff is super friendly and always well positioned. I go here every year for checkups and dental hygiene. Mr. Gallina always does his best with dental hygiene and Dr. Zampatti always does the checking in a good mood. Regarding the practice itself, you have to say that it is very nice and very modern. I had to have an emergency wisdom tooth pulled while on vacation. I was allowed to walk by straight away even though it was the weekend. I am a “dentist panic patient” and have never had to have a tooth extracted. I was correspondingly tense and anxious. Dr. M. Makowski took a lot of time for me and was incredibly sensitive, professional and careful. He and his assistant were a great help to me. Thank you 1000 times! I'm still a "panic patient" but if I ever have another tooth pulled, I'd definitely like to drive to St. Moritz! By the way, the bill was absolutely OK. for Swiss conditions. Thank you thank you.... I had treatment for Invisaligns carried out at Swiss Smile St.Moritz over several months, and of course other classic alignments were also carried out, which were always (!) painless. I am more than happy with the end result! I was always given friendly, professional and expert advice and treatment. In the past, I was always very afraid of going to the dentist, but thanks to the great experience with Dr Markowski and his team, I was now able to completely overcome this and I now enjoy going to my appointments.
