Good service
Very good service, systematic and step by step.
The English customer service is excellent . Every time when we have questions or problems, they always help us friendly and patiently. It feels very safe and confortable even we cannot speak Thai.
Go to use the eye center service. I have been treating it for many years. Modern equipment, good service, wide waiting area. The chairs are comfortable and you can wait a long time.
good service. I took my father to see the eye doctor. Doctor was friendly and patient to talk us.
The nurses in the dental department are terrible, always late. We arrived on time but gave The people who queued ahead of us but were 25 minutes late always came in first. Very disappointed. Poor service. Poor queuing.
Khun Jerawan was really helpful. I had to print my medical record and she assist me at every step of the process. She spoke English very well and was really nice. I really like this hospital... service is always good and fast. The hospital is really clean and efficient.
The service fee is too expensive. Prescribing more medicine than necessary It's good that we can look at it and choose to cut out the medicine. But overall it's still quite expensive.
Pediatrics, dentistry, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology, health checkup center, internal medicine, neurosurgery, obstetrics and gynecology, surgery, and rehabilitation center are almost covered. 24-hour emergency outpatient clinic available! The doctor is kind and prescribes the medicines I want and the amount I need. It's a short walk from Ekamae station, so you won't have to worry about getting stuck in traffic. It would be helpful to have a Japanese interpreter.... (Show more)
Doctor emergency performed so badly like dead inside. Go another hospital
My son had diarrhea and vomiting the next day we landed Bangkok. We saw the sign of dehydration and he threw up more than what he drank. I emailed to set up appointment early in the morning, they called me around 7a.m to set up transportation. We had an excellent, compassionate care from everyone, and we feel the quality of care is as the same as in the United States. He spent one night at Hospital for IV fluids and antibiotics, he was getting better and was discharged the next day. We especially thank Dr.Apinya, Dr Aritouch, all the nurses and staff from Pediatrics Department, Burmese language translator Mo Mo.... (Show more)
I went to an otorhinolaryngologist due to hearing loss and tinnitus, but was charged a large medical fee and was unable to find the cause. I believe that the doctor simply lacks the skill and experience to perform an expensive MRI test on the affected area when it should have been a CT scan. It took some time, but once I went to a social security hospital, I was able to find out the cause immediately through a simple test. In the past, even though I said I didn't need it, I was provided with a useless interpreter and charged a large amount of money. I was disappointed with Sukhumvit Hospital.... (Show more)
Lovely doctor, good examination and treatment
Fantastic experience in this hospital. We needed a medical certificate for the driver's license. We were guided very well to all counters; register, doctor, pay. Everything went very quickly, there was no need to wait anywhere. We got the certificate for 560 baht per person. Really perfect.
A private orthopedic hospital that I recommend and its price is excellent
Professional Service and competitive prices
1st class customer service. reply within 24 hrs for all my enquiries. charges are reasonable
The foreigner (Taiwan) who went here today in the children's department couldn't speak English, so he called the tour guide to translate for him. But the doctor here refused to talk and said it was in medical terminology, fearing the wrong translation, so he asked if the hospital had an interpreter (Chinese). He said there wasn't one, otherwise the tour guide would be able to tell him what the illness was, but the doctor said he couldn't conclude. Taking care of sick cases (the guide is trying to explain to foreigners) until he had to go for treatment (Samtiwet Hospital). He said that if someone is sick, he would not recommend going to Sukhumvit Hospital. It's bad, if the doctor thinks Regarding the fact that foreigners can't speak or whatever, it is recommended that the hospital have a Chinese interpreter because Chinese people are considered rich.... Just recently came to use the hospital's services for the first time. My son had a high fever and was immediately admitted. Received care from Dr. Phongthep Ankuranan, a kind doctor who gave very good care and advice and the room was much more spacious and clean than I thought. The price is not too high if compared to nearby hospitals. I think it's impressive :)... (Show more)
