Excellent service by doctors

i reached out to Dr Ruchi Gulati in 2016 for my terrible acidity problem. I tried allopathic treatment of every kind but nothing worked. I lost 30 pounds in a span of 6 months. Dr Ruchi Gulati suggested me some lifestyle changes and some ayurvedic medication and i was in much better condition within a month. By the end of month 3 , i was perfectly fine and never had this problem again. i am so happy i decided to go for Ayurvedic treatment and Dr Ruchi Gulati. I will be happy to be recommend Dr Ruchi Gulati to anyone who is having any long term health issues and allopathic medicine is not helping them.... (Show more)

Really bad experience. I went there for head massage and while on call I was informed it is of 30 minutes and Rs. 500 but when I went there, they gave me head massage for only 15-20 minutes and charged me complete Rs. 500. When I raised the concern, I was told I was wrong and I have to pay complete Rs. 500. I paid whatever they asked for. Then, the next day, when I called the owner to inform what happen the day before, she was not at all aware of the issue and still she blamed me back saying that she already knew about the case and I have asked for 1 hour. I was really amazed by her quirk weird response. I asked if she is really aware of the issue. Then, she accepted that she wasn't. She then apologized and said that she will look into it. and claims to be in industry from the last 14 years. I don't believe her. If I been in her place, I would have first apologized for inconvenience and assured to look into the issue. Also, I noticed this thing : They had there watches adjusted 10-15 minutes ahead of actual time, so that they can claim they gave the complete duration massage. I see no other reason for the same. Booked to avail Abhyanga message almost 8 days before and today this morning i been there. A guy at reception wearing shirt and jeans said I m therapist and messaged, I doubt if he is therapist post my experience. He was doing champi and simply rubbing oil on body and called this is abhyanga,

The therapist had no knowledge of any points of the body. Very bad experience!

Pathetic unprofessional experience, while I was given Appointment on mail for 3 PM, they made me wait till 3:40 PM and then said that we are rescheduling it at 5 PM as the lady with 4 PM Appointment has arrived. I arrived on time and waited was that my fault? No one answered my questions, really pathetic experience, I really recommend dont go there, they kill your time.... (Show more)
