Amazing experience! I have owned my own Beauty Salon in Australia for the last 19 years so my standards and expectations are high. When I booked in (speaking not a word of Lithuanian) the receptionist was very helpful and even got an English speaking colleage on the phone to help. My Hydra facial was professional and value for money. The Cosmetologist/Beauty Therapist had a through and accurate knowledge of products and treatments. Pedicurist Olga is great! Solved the problem amazingly, nice service. The price-quality ratio is good.

The brunette has no idea how to remove hair with wax: she tore it in the wrong direction in places, did not hold the skin even once, which is why there are bruises (from the armpits to the knees!) and painful slow breaking off of the ends, rather than instant tearing out by the roots, traumatizing the skin , ingrown hairs with inflammation, irritation all over the body and a rash, which has never happened before, and I haven’t removed all the hair!!! 16/08/2022 unethical behaviour on the phone. We booked the visit two weeks ago beforehand, but confirmation was still required despite the booking and the agreed time. Very rude receptionist on the phone at Vilnius Akropolis Sugihara Spa. If you value your good mood and time, consider very carefully before visiting this place.... (Show more)

After the procedure performed by the beautician Deimates, I have not had such a "beautiful" face as now (acne has intensified)! After going to a dermatologist, I even had to prescribe an antibiotic to get rid of all the problems. Also, very surprised that such incompetent employees work in Sugihara.

Please know that I do not advise you to do a hair straightening procedure (keratin) in this salon, because the hair starts to curl and lose its shape after only 2 days. Although they promised 4-6 months. of the result... Everything was done according to the recommendation (do not wash your hair for 3 days), now I have washed my hair on the 3rd day, you can see that they are straighter than they were, but they did not correct the curls at all. You pay a considerable amount for it, and there is no result. I asked people who often perform this procedure, this is their verdict that the craftsman did not do his job completely and poorly...... The service offers on the website have not changed. When I call the reception, they tell me that they have not provided the services I need for a long time and that they are still showing me there. The information about prices and services in their website is outdated and misleading. Their administrator was not able to explain why we were charged more. I would not recommend these services to anyone.

I will never fall again. I came to relax and have a hair procedure, and I got a specialist who talked non-stop for 2 hours and told me about her life. I clearly showed that I am coming to the procedures to relax, not to gossip, but they didn't understand at all. I received a gift certificate for two facial classic massages, the duration of which was supposed to be 40 minutes each, worth €31 each. For some reason, they assigned me three massages of 20 minutes each, worth 23€ each, and also said that I have to pay extra. The third massage was supposed to take place on the last day of the voucher's validity, but I couldn't come, so it "floated"... did not extend the time... I went there to get my first piercings and I had trouble with my second one (as I pierced it elsewhere) and they helped me fix it. Both times the staff was absolutely wonderful and professional from the phone call and booking up until me leaving the salon. I've only visited for piercings, but I can't recommend the place enough! Before performing the service, be sure to check whether the price has not changed. In my case, after completing the procedure, after paying the bill, I notice that the amount is different from what was indicated on the website. I registered in Sugihara Acropolis in advance, I arrived on the agreed day and time. Unfortunately, the service was not provided. The administrators did not understand the situation at all, they dictated not my number, not my registration time. When I showed the sms on my phone that I had arrived on time, they apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to wait. Maybe 1.5 hours will be accepted then. Akropoly needs repairs :( the massage table was old, cracked, the walls were old, the shower was old, there wasn't even liquid soap. The massage was €59, but I was appalled at the conditions. And the massage itself wasn't very good...
