Highly recommended. He was treated today from Sara. Very good service and explanation of how the product and process works. The appointment lasted approximately 45 minutes and they explained everything to you. highly recommended.
I was there 3 weeks ago and Sara, a very nice girl, took care of me. She did a 3D scan of my mouth, explained the entire process and doubts that I had and I finally decided to buy the treatment. When it ends I will post another review of my experience. I put a review again telling my experience; After completing my 4-month treatment, the results were not as expected and they accepted me to continue with the treatment. They asked me to do a scan again. When I made an appointment, I found that both centers in Valencia were closed, and I didn't know the reasons. So they offer me to travel to the nearest city, which is Murcia, having to bear all kinds of expenses, so I do not accept it. From my point of view the service is very bad, giving no other solution than to go to another city located far away... At the moment my treatment is paralyzed, not knowing when I will continue.... Just today I had my appointment at the SmileShop in Valencia where Nuria attended to me and I must say that I had a very pleasant experience. From the first moment they have been very attentive and have answered all my questions. Very professional, with advanced tools. I was very surprised that they have their own laboratory and hence their very competitive prices, which is a plus when choosing where to have your treatment. I went a couple of months ago and the team's attention was ideal. I've been having my treatment for a month now and everything is great, all my doubts have been answered and the devices arrived quickly. So far I am very happy with the choice.
