Personally, I am terrified of the dentist and everything related to it, and Mr. Jakub calmly explained to me what he would do, what might hurt me despite the anesthesia, and answered every question I had, even the trivial ones. He kept asking if everything was okay. Thanks to his skills and approach, he slowly learns that not every dentist is a sadist. There is no problem with deadlines either. One or two attempts to connect and you can make an appointment on the same day, which is important when you are walking on the ceiling due to the pain. I will be their patient for a long time... The dentist refused to treat me!

Starting from the beginning. I have very bad experiences with dentists, which makes each visit very stressful for me, even causing me to panic. The dentist (Krzystof) approached my case very professionally and understandingly. He looked at it, looked through it, said what was best to do and in what order. We established a treatment plan. The office employees (all of them) treat the patient with an appropriate amount of empathy and understanding. The doctor is happy to share information about what treatment is covered by the National Health Fund and what treatment may require additional payment, he does it before he touches the tooth with tools ;) The treatment itself was quick and painless!
