A place full of professionalism, they take care of the patient from the very beginning. I especially recommend cooperation with Dr. Lucyna - in my opinion, an excellent specialist with a wonderful approach to the patient.

We arranged an adaptation visit for our 4-year-old son, who was visiting the dentist for the first time. Unfortunately, the doctor had no approach towards the child. My son was not willing to open his mouth and kept saying no. So the doctor told him that he was rude to her and asked if he could say any other words. After pointing out to the doctor that such words do not help. She fell silent. After entering the doctor's office, she stood like a pillar of salt against the wall. Without saying anything. I felt bad myself. I do not recommend this office for a small child's first visit. It's a waste of your money and the cost is PLN 150. My husband and I had to try for 30 minutes to get him to open his mouth and encourage him. At the very end, the doctor became nice and encouraged him to open his mouth and even started joking. As their patient, I was satisfied, but unfortunately I do not recommend it for a child. Edit; so various solutions were proposed on your part; 1. To change my opinions on Google maps, 2. To come again, pay another PLN 150 and change my opinions on Google maps. Please do not mention that you proposed different solutions. The only thing you expected was for me to change my opinion to a positive one. When calling the registration desk, the lady assured that the doctor would tell and explain everything in the office. I recommend it wholeheartedly. Very professional care by Dr. Makary. Each treatment is always thoroughly discussed. A beautiful, modern clinic with a very nice team. I have never felt so well taken care of and in such good hands as during every visit to the office, and there were a lot of these visits ;) Every person who took care of me (Dr. Sebastian, Dr. Angelika and, above all, Dr. Aleksander Makara) was very professional and cared about the patient from the very beginning to the end. Mrs. Lucyna is a great dentist. She is very nice and friendly. It is clear that he does his job out of passion. At each visit, he explains the details of further treatment in a simple and logical way. I highly recommend!

An ideal place for children, from the first visit we knew that we would come back there and only there. Such an approach to children is not common. My son remembers a visit to the dentist as something amazing and he asks when we will go to Dr. Ania again. Dr. Anna Staszowska is the greatest doctor I have ever seen with my 8-year-old son. From the first contact, she is incredibly committed, exudes positive energy and has a great approach to small children. Already on the second visit, my son eagerly ran into the office, opened his mouth wide for examination and had great fun with Mrs. Ania, sitting in the dentist's chair while she performed her tasks. Generally, I rarely write reviews, but this was a bit of an exaggeration for a office in such a place and with such a high level of services. I would like to point out that my husband and I have been using the services for a few years, probably since 2018 or 2020, and we left a lot of money there and were satisfied with most of the services. If something was wrong, they fixed everything without any problems. We are currently abroad and wanted to arrange a few visits at the end of October and beginning of November. We received the first information about the canceled visit a few days ago and it was still OK, but today I received further text messages that the next visits were canceled, so I called to ask why this decision was made. The lady from the reception said that she had talked to the doctors about us and the number of visits was too high (hygiene and 3 conservative visits each) so they left the hygiene and one or two visits for me and my husband and I should be satisfied because they don't take them anyway advance payment from us. PARANOIA! They stated this after analyzing the marked defects that were made over a year ago. And after over a year, a lot had changed in our teeth and we wanted to replace the old fillings with new ones. But no one knew it because they didn't even bother to call and ask why there were so many appointments. As for the advance payment, if they called and asked for an advance payment, it wouldn't be a problem. After a while of conversation, they probably realized that they had made a mistake, so they suggested that if necessary, we would arrange further visits, but we had a week's holiday in Poland, so we had to plan everything. Later, the dentist will stay after hours if necessary. Generally, both my husband and I are embarrassed by such a poor approach to customers. One phone call would be enough to ask why we need so many visits or to explain why these visits are canceled. No respect for customers and needs!... (Show more)

I made an appointment for a tooth extraction. Didn't delete it. I can’t rate the doctor. I can appreciate the work of the reception. I made an appointment for tooth extraction and waited more than 2 weeks. Before the visit, I was at the clinic with my daughter. She had her tooth treated. The children's doctor does a good job. This is not the first time we have contacted you. Everything always went without problems. I decided to check my entry for deletion. I asked the girls at the reception. They confirmed that everything was fine, I was scheduled for removal. I arrive at the appointed time. The doctor meets me, sits me in a chair and declares that she does not remove teeth. She will just look at me. Why put yourself in my mouth if you can't do anything? After the examination, he makes an appointment for me to see the doctor again, who is doing the removal. I wait two weeks again. I arrive at the appointed time. At the reception the girls greet me nicely and ask if I have a photo. To my negative answer, they say that deletion is only with a photo, but it can be done on the spot. It costs 120 zlotys. That is, it’s normal to spend a whole month making an appointment with the wrong doctor, but it’s not necessary to say that I need an X-ray. For what? When I asked why I was not warned about the need for an image and about its additional cost, which is not included in the cost of tooth extraction, they suggested that I see a doctor and talk to her about it. Are you seriously? I refused the services. Earlier in December, I called the clinic with acute pain. I asked if they could remove the bridge under which the tooth became inflamed. To which I was again asked to come and see a doctor who DOES NOT DO BRIDGE REMOVAL! When I asked how she could help me, they said: She will see what my problem is. And they suggested scheduling the removal of the bridge for mid-March!!!! With acute pain. In general, the impression is that if teeth are treated or removed, then you need to go to another clinic. This is one of the best places I could go to when I had really bad pain, which in the case of teeth is very unpleasant. After the first visit, I knew that they would take very good care of me and, above all, help me!! The entire team that has taken care of me so far has been very professional and nice. Today I had the most pleasant and painless root canal treatment performed by Dr. Sebastian. Really very professional approach to the patient and a lot of patience!! Professionalism and interest in the patient are at a very high level here. The young but very experienced staff encourages visits with any dental problem.
