Worst Experience
Take this overall rating with a grain of salt. Most of the 5 star reviews here are written by employees and investors. That is just a fact. My experience with this company was very disappointing. I came to this company searching for treatment for a deeply heart wrench health issue. This wasn’t for anti aging and beauty. I have fertility issues and have been searching for stem cell treatment to help. I do understand that results vary and realize not all treatments work the same for everyone. My main issue with the “care” is that there is a real lack of empathy and concern for the well-being of their patients. I have been to India twice for treatments. Before the first treatment they were somewhat responsive. But after I left India and had to follow up with tests and communication, it was awful. Nobody would return messages or phone calls. I would message for several days even weeks with no response. When I did get a response it was never “so sorry, got busy, forgot, apologies”... nothing. I basically would get scolded and told that they had answered all my questions. Just a real lack of “care” and responsibility for any communication short comings. The last straw was after my second treatment. No one came to my room to update me on how things looked, next steps. I was handed a discharge packet. Headed home having not spoke to anyone. I reached out to my primary contact about 3 weeks later (Dr Dua) she didn’t respond to my message for 3 days so I reached out again. She told me she was no longer with the company, was busy with her wedding then blocked my number. I then reached out to Dr Prabhu who has now told me on 4 separate occasions that he would call me to discuss what the gyne saw/thought/recommends... he never called each time he said he would. The last message from him was that I have had the procedure explained and he would call me in priority. But have not heard nor do I expect to hear from anyone. I believed these people when they spoke of humanity and doing good things with science, but the reality is this is a company that just wants to Hurd as many patients through as they can and are not the least bit interested in actually delivering care. They literally do not have time for their patients. I have asked for ONE touch base in 5 months, this request was completely ignored and I cannot get anyone to just get on the phone with me for 5 minutes. I’m a nurse, I spent a good chunk of change on this and honestly, I have not seen anything that makes me feel like there is any degree of integrity here. So who knows what they actually did to me. I am devastated that not only did I completely believe these folks, but that I put such a personal issue in the hands of people that truly do not care.... (Show more)
