Quite bad experience with this dental clinic. My lips was injured and was bleeding arising from the process of trimming the edges of my cracked tooth. Dentist applied gel on the wound without explaining why. There was no apology from the dentist, separately one of the receptionist said βit is common and normalβ for this to happen. This picture was taken after the bleeding has stopped, it is a wound. In separate occasion, I encountered junior dentist or dentist who are very "rough" but never once they will injure my lips / causing it to bleed like this. Went to Stellar Dental KD last weekend with my family, was treated by Dr. Afizudin and Dr. Ellie, overall was a very good experience. The Drs were very informative and helpful especially with regards to dental issues and how to move forward. I had a great experience at Stellar Dental Kota Damansara with Dr. Ellie and her friendly assistant. During my first visit, I had my teeth scaled and polished, and during my second visit, I received fillings. Dr. Ellie was gentle, attentive, and skilled at both procedures. I feel fortunate that I chose this dental clinic. I was flying from NZ and needed prompt teeth treatment. Thanks to the doctors who accommodated my request right away, scheduling my initial appointment for dental cleaning and polishing, allowing me to address the large gaps in my teeth with fillings. Eventually, I opted for teeth whitening as well. The overall result was brilliant. Iβve never encountered such sophistication in a dental clinic beforeβboth the environment and service were exceptional, hence the 5-star rating. I will definitely return for future check-ups.... This place is a 5 star for a reason β I was searching for a place to get my teeth check and I kid you not everyone here was super friendly and Dr Ellie explained what needed to be done with my teeth πͺ₯ β Easy registration through QR scan π€³ β Comfy lavish sofa to wait, they have a snacks bar π³ and the washroom was large and clean 𫧠β The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my time here π¦· β Dr Ellie were very careful during my teeth scaling also there were TV on top of us π€― You can literally Netflix and chill here π€£ β If adult me was very comfy during the process, I'm sure all the kids would feel the same π§ I think it's safe to say I'd rather go here than other places, just bcs I feel safe here π ... Not gonna lie, the best dental treatment I've ever received so far, it's the best, the Dr & staff are very gentle & friendly. The best effect and will go for treatment here again in the future.
Unique about SD: There is a TV near the top. I don't feel pain because I can watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S near Netflix. Dr. Alyssa is really passionate about teeth + informative yet entertained. Good at making jokes to reduce anxiety about dental check-ups. The scaling service feels smooth. I have done a light whitening too, my wife said my brother's teeth are already white.... (Show more)
First of all, I really appreciate Dr. Alyssa's patience. After each session, the doctor would do a follow up and ensured that the mould was fitted to my liking and would not hesitate to make any changes if I have any discomfort or suggestions. To not exaggerate, I believed that this dentist is also very experienced as my procedures were totally painless. I made no regret as I am very happy for the perfect teeth given by this dentist and that I am able to put on a bright smile without feeling insecure. All in all, I just know that I made the right choice with this dentist. From when I first made an enquiry to the final stage of my veneers journey, I was treated with care. Deserve 5 stars because the environment and services provided are top-notch. From consultation to dental treatment, Dr Ellie has been super accommodating, i appreciate how she explained everything to me thoroughly including pros and cons of my treatment options, as well as her commitment in ensuring Iβm comfortable and pain-free throughout the entire process. Did filling, whitening and icon treatment all with Dr Ellie and so far i'm pleased with the results, major improvementβs made and I can finally smile more confidently now. One time I needed an urgent fix with my braces (although I didn't get my braces done with Stellar during that time) but Dr Ellie still made her way to help me which I truly appreciate. Honestly this is my go-to place for dental treatment now. Iβve been to few other dental places and so far Stellar Dental is the best in terms both services and results. Highly recommend...
