Amazing staff members. I have been their client for the past 10 years. Every time we are welcomed by the staff and my family love their dentist very much. I can never think that we could go to another dentist. God bless all the staff in St. Andrew dental

If I could give them 10 stars I would! My dentist was amazing as well as my assistant Hector I think is his name. The friendly front desk lady was also super understanding and amazing when I came in without an appointment and didn’t hesitate to get me in. This has been the case in the past too! Have been a patient of St. Andrews Dental since coming to Cambridge some 18 years ago. Both the clinical and overall experience as a client have always been excellent. Something has radically and physiologically changed at the clinic in the past couple of years. Used to be a fun and welcoming place , focused on the patient and the health aspect. Truly such a different palatable vibe when you arrive and pay as you leave - more about more revenue than real patient care. No personal touches. They have lost many long term staff as a result as they saw this coming "corporate culture". Now , just a number ($) . Get back to your roots folks !!! Your patients will leave you - guaranteed , and your business will be worth nothing. Think long term rather than short term gain. Help!!!? Is there a dental office out there that has a customer focused practice? Kind staff and nice clean interior. One thing I will say is that there is no handicap button to assist people who may need it to get inside. There are two unaccessible doors at the entrance. It is 2023 and this should be a normal practice in my opinion so we can help people with the simple task of opening a door. I am not disabled but I did have to bring my son with me in his stroller. Nobody offered to help me on the way in or out and I struggled each time. I can't imagine what it would be like trying to navigate a wheel/automated chair or crutches etc. Through those doors. Hopefully they can adjust this to be more accommodating to current and future clients.... (Show more)

I had some bad experiences at various dental clinics throughout my life, and was quite untrusting of dentists altogether. Dr. DePratto is amazing and has earned my trust. I won't switch dentists and is worth the drive for me.

No more fear! It took me decades, but I have finally found a dental practice that takes fear and procedural pain management seriously. I am relieved to know I have such a compassionate and understanding practice just minutes from home and would recommend it to any other 'fraidy cats in town.

I've never been one to enjoy going to the dentist. Who is really? St. Andrews Dental is the exception though, from the welcoming staff (Amanda at the front desk is wonderful), great dentist, and especially Molly, who is by far the best hygienist I've ever had. She is thorough, gentle, professional, kind, affable, and has the absolute best personality anyone could ever ask for. I actually look forward to my cleanings now, just because I have the best dental hygienist, perhaps on the planet.... (Show more)

St Andrew's Dental has been excellent since the moment I first walked threw the door of The building. It's been along time, 20yrs I think. All the staff are polite & friendly, Professional & funny. Dr Depratto and Tina did some dental work on my 4 year old daughter, my daughter wasn’t scared at all. They made her feel safe and calm. I also felt safe and calm as a parent. Best experience, A dentist I can trust with my child. 💜 …

We have been going to dr. Ahai for about 4 years. He took on my partner plus my children and does a phenomenal job. My daughter is 3 and loves getting her teeth cleaned and so does my 6 year old son. My son has seen him since he was 4. My son is also Autistic and dr atahi is so patient with him. We live over an hour away and will continue to travel to see him.
