I am incredibly afraid of the dentist and haven't been to the dentist in a very long time. But there was no way around it due to acute pain. I went to Dr. Nikas came to the practice and was received very friendly there. Everything was explained to me in detail in a very sensitive and informative manner, and that took away a lot of my fears. Wow! As an anxious patient, I am so at peace that I almost can't put it into words. The employees are such lovely ladies and the doctor himself is also very personable and empathetic! Despite my panic, which made me very sorry for the staff and the doctor, I felt comfortable and in the right hands. I first received a cost estimate of CHF 400 for wisdom teeth extraction. The bill came with an amount of over 700 CHF. When I brought this to the practice's attention, they said, yes, that's just the way it is. They would make an exception and take 100 off my bill. I just received a bill for 110.-. This is the 100 CHF that you deducted from me + reminder fees. The dentist is OK. But fooling people like that is the last thing.... (Show more)
