However, after visiting Springwood Dental Centre, I found Dr Wan allayed those fears by seemlessly attending to my dental problem in a calm, professional manner. I can see why this dentist has received so many five star ratings. As soon as I entered the practice the staff were very friendly. My dentist Matt, introduced himself and made me feel very at ease. He explained everything he was doing before, and as, he was doing it. Both him and the hygienist were very professional and friendly. They were more than happy to help and answered any questions. I had a tooth removed yesterday and Dr David and his dental assistant were just amazing plus all the staff was very caring of me after my appointment. I've been a patient at this clinic for a long time and I would 100% recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Asked to bring my 2 young children in 30 minutes earlier than the appointment time, I left work a little earlier to accommodate the requests. They left us waiting for over 30 minutes until I walked out. Poor customer service and no respect. Absolutely disgusted.

I have been going to Springwood dental for over twenty five years on and off. The faces may have changed, but the friendly service and affordable prices have not you know it's a good place when even the dentist that I went and seen as a kid still goes there. I like how the dentist actually care about your teeth and are not quick to fill and or pull them out unless needed, have had wisdom teeth removed their, had a referral for braces, many fillings all of which are still in my mouth and also cosmetic dentistry , like the fantastic new smile I received from Springwood dental recently thanks to Dr Wan and Dr Sheridan.... For someone that does not like the dentist Dr Wan and his team put you at ease and very good at their job.

I went here about sleep dentistry because I have extreme anxiety of the dentist and had an extremely sensitive tooth after half of it being knocked off during a wisdom tooth removal. The dentist I had was acting like it was odd to have anxiety around dental and didn’t seem to believe my fear. When I told him my tooth was so sensitive I couldn’t let any thing touch it, he told me to “use sensitive toothpaste” without even looking at it properly. I’m telling you, if I was to eat food I had to mind map my food out in my mouth so none of it would go near my hurt tooth. But, he’s the professional. So I left it for a while and trusted him and I gave sensitive toothpaste a go and obviously, nothing changed. I then went to another dentist where I found out the tooth that was giving me trouble was deeply damaged and needed either a root canal or to be pulled out. Very friendly staff. Dr Wan was very patient and gentle. I loved the massage chair.

I highly recommend this dentist. The staff is friendly and professional, and the office is clean and modern. The dentist (Dr Hall) was thorough, explained everything clearly, and provided expert advice. She was also gentle during treatment. Don't believe their advertisements. They don't cater for dental phobias. Try telling them you cannot sit in the chair for even a consult with half a tooth and get no empathy at all. Try to ask about any form of sedation to sit in the chair (gas etc) and get told not possible for initial consult. False advertising.... (Show more)

From the minute I walked into the surgery I felt welcome. Matthew was very gentle, talked me through step by step as he was cleaning and descaling my teeth. I felt calm and at ease. The price was reasonable too. Highly recommend.

Booked an appointment in advance as they couldn’t get me in the following week waited another week and go in and the receptionist didn’t book it in so I wasted my time going and whom was there was useless to deal with - bad dentist overall.

Have my teeth washed by David. Very professionally done and patiently answered all questions. Friendly and kind dentist.
