Very bad experience, I made an appointment to complete the braces with a bracket and it fell off the day it was put on. I called and they said it would cost 90 lei considering that it fell a few hours after it was installed. I don't recommend it, it takes time to make as much money as possible on your account!... I can say that all my life I was afraid of the dentist, until I met the people from Spring Dental. From the first time I entered the door, I was greeted by a very calming and pleasant atmosphere. After we discussed the problems we had, Dr. Florin started solving them, I want to mention that the duration of the whole process was 2 and a half months, with quite a lot of cavities. During the sessions Mr. Florin showed the best professionalism, he was always sure that nothing was bothering me, he explained every procedure he was going to do and all this in a very calm manner. I have had braces since March 2020 and have been coming to the office every month since then. Here I solved all my problems: both orthodontic and cavities, extractions. It's a wonderful place, where only professionals work. LE: The people at the clinic refunded my money so that I could do another descaling. They were very polite. The review is about personal experience, specifically with that doctor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! On August 6, I had a consultation at this clinic, I wanted to solve some caries, replace a temporary treatment with a permanent filling, and then do a descaling. Mr. Dr. Dragoș Ciongaru (I found out from the website what his name is, he did not introduce himself and there was no reply to my email in which I explicitly asked the name of the doctor who consulted me). The doctor chose to start with descaling. I explained that my gums bleed easily, that my teeth hurt, but he chose to test and poke my gum and tap my teeth. I understand the procedure, but I was left with pain for a few days with the tooth that I told him was moving and it hurt really bad. It was good if that was all! It's my bad luck that I've had scaling before in my life. At the beginning of scaling, it only hit my gums, I was bleeding a lot, I was left with sores in my mouth. Then he hit the teeth. On professional brushing, it only hit the undersides of the top teeth and the tops of the bottom teeth. I couldn't wait to go! I got home with a lot of pain and bleeding mouth sores although he tried to fix it with some hydrogen peroxide. And what did I see in the mirror? Tartar- on the lower teeth and inwards and outwards. I thought he couldn't take it, although with other scaling the doctors cleared it all up. Maybe I don't know something right? On Wednesday, August 25, I consulted another dentist. What did he tell me? That I have tartar and it must be removed... I mean, I gave 240 lei to you, energy, and all I got was pain? Not the tartar removal? At least write to rates and services: descaling - it doesn't remove tartar, you only get pain + bleeding! Terrible. By the way, I don't know what the problem is, but the doctor who consulted me doesn't have an initial(?), and when he recommended me a special mouthwash for gingivitis (he said I have gingivitis but in fact I don't) he wrote me- on a post-it note and when he filled out my X-ray referral, he used the initials of Dr. Roxana Ștefănescu (the lady I have not seen in person so that she could recommend an X-ray)....
