I have lived in Florence for several decades and have visited several gyms for physical ailments. I can say with real conviction that Sport Clinic is the best! I went for two difficult problems: a sciatic pain due to herniated discs and for a trigger finger (dito a scatto in Italian). The latter is very difficult to treat without surgery.
