I am currently seeing Rocco Profeta after seeing many professionals previously, over a 2 year period. Rocco has demonstrated his experience and knowledge just with the first 2 sessions. I have so much more flexibility and seeing massive benefits in this short period. Rocco is a complete professional, takes his time to explain the diagnosis and his treatment plan. Totally amazing and absolutely true professional.... (Show more)

Wish I'd found this specialist earlier! I'd been in too much pain to move for over a week and I'd even seen another osteopath without much luck. Seeing Rocco was the best decision I made. I was able to walk within days of seeing him (he was able to see me the day after I contacted him) and was totally reassured by such a quick yet thorough diagnosis and treatment plan. I'm now well on my way to recovery and I'm seriously considering continuing to see Rocco when I'm back to full fitness, simply because looking after yourself with this specialist is worth every penny.... Quick to reply, very extensive and in depth examination, the doctor took her time in understanding my background and where the issues where possibly coming from. Very effective treatment and follow up. Not cheap but in line with Harley st clinic prices

When you find a doctor who can literally make you walk again, it’s nothing short of life changing. Dr. Jannoun and his team were simply incredible at every stage of my care. Upon my initial consultation, a same day emergency MRI was ordered. Dr. Jannoun literally picked up the phone himself to find an opening and booked me in. Within 2 hours I was across town at another office being wheeled in for my MRI. He reviewed the results with me the very next day and I was scheduled in for a procedure shortly thereafter. Dr. Jannoun takes great care of his patients. Nurse Janet is hands down the most compassionate professional I’ve ever seen in the medical field. His entire team goes above and beyond. Every single person, from the receptionist through are absolute professionals and caring, which makes a big difference. You can trust your care with Dr. Jannoun and his team.... (Show more)

Mr Robert Shanks

Robert was exposed to manual therapy from an early age by virtue of his mother being a chartered physiotherapist. In his youth Robert was a keen sportsman and martial arts instructor, this gave him additional insight and interest in the biomechanics of the human body. Rather than train as a physiotherapist Robert decided to train as an osteopath because he felt this offered more in depth training in "hands on" manual therapy techniques especially when it came to treating outpatient musculoskeletal conditions. This left Robert and his mother in the somewhat unique position of being able to draw on the approaches of both professions when it came to establishing a practice together shortly after Roberts graduation - Chigwell Osteopathy & Physiotherapy Practice. The refreshing approach of being able to harmoniously combine philosophies and treatment techniques from both professions quickly gained a reputation for effective treatment that delivered superior results.
