For years I, Werner Gillmann, have been with Dr. A. Eugster is being treated for my eyes. I really appreciate his competent and calm manner. The friendliness of his team is always consistent and very pleasant. I never experienced any rush. Questions were answered understandably. Now I have had the eye of Dr. Eugster operates. Somehow the ophthalmologists don't need it. Already the second point of contact where the phone is either busy or not answered. This is during official opening hours. No call back.
