I liked the hour of Balinese massage - there was no problem with redeeming the voucher. You can leave your shoes in the corridor and pick up disposable flip-flops. The massage itself is very relaxing, you may lose track of time. And at the end, a free ginger drink. I recommend

Lack of hygiene. It is not possible to take a shower. The masseuse moves from a foot massage to a face and head massage…

My favorite place for a massage!

I hadn't been there for a while and found it no longer at the top. The towels were very heavy and soaked in oil which made me a little disgusted.

It was good experience. Massage was intensive, I am surprised how powerful master. It was relaxing. Recommend this place.

I made an appointment, I came and the appointment was not listed. I have a voucher for 90 minutes, the lady at the reception offers a 60-minute massage instead of 90 and an additional fee of PLN 20.

I give one star for the masseuse, but I do not recommend the place as a whole. Receptionist - lack of basic customer service; the room is very small for 2 people, the towels stink of oil and are already worn out, they should be washed better or replaced, they look terrible. What was surprising is that there is no option to get out after the massage, i.e. there is no shower in the massage salon!!! I had to put my clean clothes on my fat body :(( The carpet in the living room and in the room is all dirty and greasy. Do the management of this salon care about the customer's comfort? I don't think so. There are much better meats in Warsaw, I will never return to this place and I will not recommend it to anyone.... (Show more)

Lack of hygiene! I paid PLN 500 for a 90-minute massage for two and it was a huge disappointment... The first thing I saw were the towels we received from the clients before us! Covered in oil and smelly! Moreover, the ladies will not change the towels on which the massage is performed. In a word, it's sticky because of dirt... the massage is okay - the only plus. I had a massage with my friends on November 28, 2023. I asked at the reception what the expiry date of the voucher was, because I had previously bought it for my husband as a gift. The receptionist misled me by saying that it was a year. Ultimately, the coupon expired by one day, because the voucher was valid for half a year. I called yesterday asking for help with this matter. I was referred to an e-mail contact, where I was treated as if I wanted to rob the company or get something for free. I only asked for the opportunity to meet the client's needs and enable the service to be provided the day after the voucher deadline. I am a regular customer who has repeatedly purchased vouchers for your services to friends and family (which I can prove). The receptionist promised that the salon manager would contact me to at least discuss this problem, which of course was a lie because no one called. I really appreciated your services, which is why I recommended them to others. Unfortunately, when a problem arose and I wanted to count on your help, all I received was disrespect and dismissal. This was the most HORRIBLE experience! She has burned my skin with the stones I told her twice that is very hot she throws them to the corner of them room with anger pulled my hair and put some oil on my hair that damaged it and now I lost half of my fronts !!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour broken bed she did not set nothing for this massage I payed 300! The pleasure is all mine

I had a Balinese massage in this salon, it wasn't my first massage of this type - I didn't like the way the massage was performed, it was different because it was performed very intensively and strongly. The effervescent lady was not very communicative, in the middle of the massage she left for a moment without saying a word. There was little time to prepare, there was little time to "dress up" for the massage. Ladies knock and enter the room, which is stressful and makes me feel rushed. Especially since the massage was supposed to be a moment of relaxation and rest. Additionally, the salon itself does not have a bathroom where you can take a shower before or after a massage.... Half an hour before the massage I received a text message that it was not possible to pay by card. I asked if there was a discount for this, but there wasn't. This exposed me to additional costs because I had to withdraw money from my credit card and involved a high bank commission. Besides, I came to the massage hot because I had to look for an ATM in the city at the last minute. Very poor play and no sense of responsibility of the salon for such a situation.... (Show more)
